Faye Tozer looked unrecognisable as supervillain Cruella de Vil in first look pictures for the 101 Dalmatians musical.
It was announced on Wednesday, the singer, 48, would be taking on the iconic role alongside Kym Marsh, 47.
And Faye looked worlds away from her pop princess roots as one fifth of Steps as she donned Cruella’s signature black and white hair, a fur coat and lashings of red lipstick.
The singer posed with an adorable Dalmatian puppy as she fully transformed into the fur-loving heiress.
Faye will be playing Cruella de Vil in Norwich, Canterbury, Leicester and Wolverhampton.

Lorraine was completely distracted by the pooch as Faye talked about the tour.
She said in a statement: ‘I’m going into my wicked era with this dream role – it really doesn’t get much better than Cruella de Vil! When they offered me the part, I just jumped at the chance.
‘I love that it’s something people probably don’t expect me to do and can’t wait to create my own version of her for this incredible new musical.’
Faye is no stranger to theatre and stage with credits including the brand new production of 42nd Street (UK tour) Singin’ in The Rain (Sadler’s Wells, Toronto and UK Tour) and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (Apollo Theatre).
The new musical version of Dodie Smith’s classic book, 101 Dalmatians is written by Douglas Hodge (music and lyrics) and Johnny McKnight (book), from a stage adaptation by Zinnie Harris.
After launching in Wimbledon the production will visit Birmingham, Norwich, Canterbury, Leicester, Manchester, Belfast, Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Southend, Dublin, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Woking, Cardiff, Southampton, Aberdeen, York, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Oxford and Brighton.
The musical, written by Douglas Hodge and Johnny McKnight, will kick off its tour in June, starting at the New Wimbledon Theatre in London.

She continued: ‘Obviously she’s a million miles away from me in real life – and my dogs are very glad about that – but being able to bring to life my take on this renowned character is a real treat.
‘Douglas and Johnny have written this brilliant new musical filled with songs I’m already finding myself humming under my breath. The 101 Dalmatians story spans generations and I’m sure young and old alike will absolutely love this production.”
Sharing the news to Instagram, she wrote: ‘I’ve got a tail-wagging announcement for you so lock up your puppies.. Cruella has arrived!

Kym can currently can be seen on BBC One’s continuing drama Waterloo Road, where she plays the role of Nicky Walters.
Previously, she played the role of bunny boiler Alex Forest in a nationwide tour of box office hit Fatal Attraction.
Last year she joined the cast of Take That musical Greatest Days.
