The Block fan favourites Rachel and Ryan Carr have sold their south Sydney resort-style home.

The couple, who were latecomers on the 2022 season when influencer Elle Ferguson and her partner Joel Patfull quit, offloaded the Oyster Bay property for $2,725,000.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property boasts a saltwater pool, multiple entertainment areas and a resort-style cabana with kitchenette and outdoor shower.

The two-storey property also has a private outdoor entertaining with fireplace, a playground and stunning water views.

The family home even featured in the couple’s audition tape for the hit renovation show, according to domain.com.

Taking to Instagram in May, the couple announced they were selling their ‘bubble of paradise.’

‘We’re selling our Family Home ♥️ Our little bubble of paradise. Our Ohana. We’ve been in this home for almost six years now. Everleigh was a toddler and Mila was just four months old when we moved in, Tommy wasn’t even a thought yet,’ they wrote.

‘We had already been living in Oyster Bay for 6 years when I (Rach) was out having a walk and noticed Open For Inspection sign up this place.’

‘It was so private and peaceful and quiet, and the minute I walked in it I knew I wanted to live there. Ryan came and had a look and fell just as in love as I did,’ Rachel added.

The pair had only been living in the home for a couple of months when they began major renovations across the property.

‘We love this house so much, but the time has come to find a new place and start a new adventure. Whilst we absolutely love doing renos for all our amazing clients, what we love the most is renovating our own place… and we’ve renovated all we can here.’
