Farrah Abraham has undergone numerous plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures over the years – but has finally set the record straight on the shocking amount of money she’s spent on her face and body.
The Teen Mom star has undergone a reported three boob jobs, a nose job, a chin implant, butt injections, cheek filler and lip filler.
Now, she’s telling all about how much she’s shelled out and what’s next in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, which took place on March 12 ahead of her first stand-up comedy show at Spearmint Rhino in New York City.
‘I’m very lucky that right now I don’t have overly done Botox because my smile would be like down,’ she began her interview, as she pointed to her jaw.
‘You couldn’t even know if I was laughing at my own jokes or laughing at my life with too much Botox.
‘I would love to always keep in mind transformational things like injections, surgeries, and that’s been part of my life.’

The Teen Mom star said that she currently doesn’t have ‘overly done Botox’ because of her comedy show in New York City on March 13
Opening up to DailyMail.com cameras, she didn’t shy away from revealing the hefty price tag of her ‘transformations.’
‘I mean my mouth is $50,000,’ she spilled.
Motioning her hand down her physique, she continued, ‘This whole thing, I mean gosh, my boyfriends really get a deal hanging out with me because it’s, like, a million dollar body straight up.’
The 33-year-old went on to say that she has to ‘have an insurance policy’ for her body due to ‘self-worth, self-investment, self-value’… and ‘divine femininity.’
Even though she can’t put an exact price tag on all her procedures, she did say that she has spent ‘hundreds of thousands of dollars’ over the years.
‘I would say, yeah, like hundreds of thousands of dollars and not just on my looks, but on my mental health, my wellness, my happiness, my confidence,’ she quipped.
‘So, investing in yourself internally really pays off and getting sleep and rest.’
With her sleek cropped blonde hair, full lips, curves and Middle Eastern nationality, fans have recently compared Farrah to Kim Kardashian.

Farrah gave fans a glimpse of her boobs from the Basma Hameed Clinic in a December 18 Instagram post, captioning it, ‘Ladies let’s not forget after your amazing surgeries to take care of the scars to be looking truly natural and better then ever’

The reality star shared footage of herself getting butt injections in a 2019 TikTok video
‘Me and Kim have had comparisons I think the entirety of me being on television.
‘I was on her best friend’s (Foodgod’s) podcast. A lot of weird circles with that, especially with reality TV and our successes equally,’ she said.
‘I mean, I think that’s a great compliment. I’m Syrian, she’s Armenian, and I love my Middle Eastern roots.’
Despite the comparison, the TV personality admitted that she’s not copying anyone’s look, especially Kim Kardashian’s, since she insisted, ‘I’ve always been Farrah Abraham.’
Farrah’s history of plastic surgery began when she was 19 years old.
She got her first breast augmentation – going from an A-cup to a C-cup – in 2010 after giving birth to her daughter Sophia. Four years later, she got her second boob job, in which she went from a C-cup to a D-cup.
The following year, she underwent a third breast augmentation surgery as she tried to fix the botched work done during her second.
In 2013, she underwent a rhinoplasty and chin implant – but later removed the chin implant after not being happy with the results.

Farrah told DailyMail.com that she’s been compared to Kim Kardashian ‘the entirety of me being on television. Fans commented on Farrah’s social media posts that she looks like ‘Kim’s distant sister’ and ‘thought she was Kim’ in paparazzi pics
Throughout the past few years, she’s had multiple butt injections – including one in 2019 which she documented – cheek filler, and lip filler treatments.
She’s also had a vaginal rejuvenation procedure, which she said was ‘to make her vagina appear more youthful.’
When asked what’s next for her, whether it be a non-invasive or invasive cosmetic procedure, Farrah said that she would ‘love an invasive surgery next.’
‘Blepharoplasty is calling my name,’ she revealed.
Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery that reshapes the eyelids by removing excess skin from the area.
She’s also thinking about getting a ‘light facelift.’
‘I’m all about preventative. People need to not shy away from that. And I’m in my 30s and that’s what’s up for 30-year-olds.
‘I don’t ever feel like I need anything, but it is preventative. I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back and heal and recover than later when it’s all stretched out, it’s more money, it’s more recovery time,’ Farrah added.

The MTV star stopped by DailyMail.com’s New York City office on March 12 to promote her upcoming comedy show, talk plastic surgery and share an update on her life
In addition to getting procedures done for preventative measures, the Nebraska native does a lot of detoxing and cleansing to allegedly get rid of toxins – something she would also recommend her friend Brandi Glanville do to help with her facial disfigurement.
‘I’m actually friends with her. It’s really unfortunate. She definitely had, I think, an infection… Things can happen, like, infections,’ she commented.
‘My little tip to her because I don’t know what her body really needs, that’s a doctor’s opinion. I do believe in… really clearing out our bodies, sanitizing our bodies naturally, antioxidants to boost our bodies.
‘I personally have been doing that for years and my body is healthier than it’s ever been on defending a lot of bacteria and stuff like that as we age.’
She also credits her sobriety and following the 12 Step program, which is a resource that helps support people in recovery from substance abuse disorders.
In March 2022, she spent 28 days at a trauma center, which she told DailyMail.com was ‘such a gift of life.’
‘I think what you can heal while you’re parenting someone and you can instill that gift of – when you get too far off, what’s your guide? And 12-step principles, it’s a guide.
‘So you can elaborate, collaborate, see what works for you. So my daughter is just doing amazing in her relationships, in her friendships, [and] her schooling.

After celebrating four years of sobriety, Farrah, who ‘despises alcohol,’ says that she’s getting past ‘anxiety’ and ‘depression’ and loves ‘the Farah Abraham who I am,’ referring to her life as ‘new era of Farrah.’
On March 13, Farrah performed her first stand-up comedy show at the upscale gentlemen’s club Spearmint Rhino, which was attended by a bunch of her fans.
Dr. Drew Pinsky, who has played a vital part in Farrah’s life and is known for hosting the Teen Mom reunion specials, was also in attendance with his wife Susan.
‘There’s no words. It’s a diary of a teen mom and everyone knows I’ve been through so much. You’ve been living it with me on and off the internet, on TV, wherever.
‘It’s time to talk about this and laugh. And I think truly getting past your hard times and challenges is something to celebrate together with everyone who has supported me over the last 17 years,’ she told DailyMail.com.
Farrah’s career on television began when she starred on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant in 2009. Shortly after, she starred in its spin-off series Teen Mom until 2012.
She later appeared in other Teen Mom spinoffs including Teen Mom OG, from 2015-2018, and Teen Mom: Family Reunion in 2022.

For this new chapter, she promises stand-up comedy won’t be a short-term gig.
She told DailyMail.com that she would love to book a ‘200 stop tour, fill arenas and become one of the best comedians’ of her generation.
She even has her eyes set on Netflix, which she says has been a ‘big topic of conversation’- but she can’t ‘let anything out of the bag.’
Even though her career on MTV reportedly ended due to her work in the adult entertainment industry, she revealed that she’s going to continue filming content for her OnlyFans, where only paid subscribers get exclusive access.
‘I have no idea how long I want to stay on OF, but I will say I am hitting five years on OF and it is taking off more than ever,’ she insisted.

‘[It’s] still converting higher money and return. I’m a businesswoman, I will be there.’
Plus, she’s reveling in the ‘exciting stuff’ that comes out of it every day.
‘I do think I get a lot of influence like Saudi Arabian men who definitely just offer hundreds of thousands of dollars and want me to come out there. It can be my Middle Eastern genes. But they love a lot of Farrah,’ she gushed.
The single star, however, ‘doesn’t take them up on that offer,’ but still loves the ‘wild’ and unexpected things that men offer.
