Love Island fans have declared that Samantha Kenny’s ‘days in the villa are limited’ after Joey Essex went after his former flame Grace Jackson in Sunday’s episode.
The TOWIE star, 33, and the model from Manchester, 25, briefly dated a year ago after meeting in Ibiza.
And her arrival in the villa has sent Samantha, 26, – who Joey has been coupled up with since he arrived – spiralling.
The make-up artist looked visibly fuming after Joey kissed Grace not once, but twice, during the steamy beer-pong challenge on Friday’s episode.
The latest episode saw Samantha choose to distance herself and went to sleep outside on the day beds.

Joey went over to confront her and asked: ‘Samantha, what are you doing? We just played a game in the garden that’s all it was’.
But an upset Samantha responded: ‘I just want to back off now because you and her have got something good.’
An annoyed Joey shot back: ‘You’re telling everyone you’re not bothered but you’re sleeping on the day bed.’
As the conversation continued, Samantha insisted: ‘I’m not bothered, I want you and her to rekindle.’
But Joey questioned: ‘Why are you saying that, that doesn’t mean I’m going to rekindle.’
However he then went inside and spoke to Grace in the bathroom where he downplayed his relationship with Samantha, saying: ‘Me and Samantha, we get on, that’s it. In a friendship way, we get on.’
Viewers took to social media to say argue that Joey needed to tell Samantha he wasn’t interested and that she needed to make her exit soon as he was just biding his time to get rid of her.
They wrote: ‘Joey has finally admitted that he only sees Samantha as a friend.. when is he gonna say it to her face instead of telling his ex; Joey??? You and Samantha get on in a friendship way???? Does Samantha know that?’

He admitted: ‘There is definitely feelings there. I was not expected this, I’m shocked but I’m gassed. With Samantha there’s not much I can do, I can just go forward.’
Speaking to Grace, he declared that he and Samantha were ‘done’ once and for all, saying there was ‘something missing’.
Joey said: ‘I respect Samantha a lot, I still want to be friends with her. I just feel it wasn’t ever going right. There was something missing with Samantha. I feel like that’s done. I want to be happy, I don’t want to be involved in agg.’
When Grace asked what he was looking for, he replied: ‘I’m looking for you. I’m looking for something serious, I only step in things if I know it’s going to work. With you and me it was just the long distance, or it would have gone further.’
He added: ‘We were really close, we had a great time together. I’ll never forget that holiday ever.’
