Excited firefighter steals the show while presenting Beyonce with Grammy award

A giddy firefighter couldn’t contain her excitement in revealing Beyonce’s win for Album of the Year at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Captain and Public Information Officer Sheila Kelliher Berkoh announced Beyonce’s historic victory for Cowboy Carter at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday night.

Berkoh pressed the envelope to her chest with a shocked look on her face while announcing the 43-year-old singer’s win.

In accepting the award, Beyonce embraced Berkoh and LA County Fire Department’s Chief Anthony Marrone, who joined Berkoh on stage to present the night’s top prize.

The win was a first for Beyonce, who had been nominated for Album of the Year four previous times.

‘I feel very full and very honored. It’s been many, many years,’ Beyonce said during her acceptance speech.

Social media went into a frenzy after the win, glomming onto Berkoh’s reaction while celebrating the starlet’s win.

‘The firefighter who gasped with delight for beyonce, gaga with tears rolling down her face as beyonce accepted her award, there is much pain in this world but not in that room,’ one X user posted.
