Max Boyens blasted Rachel Leviss for ‘beating’ Scandoval ‘into the f***ing ground’ during the latest episode of her Rachel Goes Rogue podcast.
The former Vanderpump Rules star – who was fired from the reality show due to past racist tweets – took to his Instagram stories on Friday after Leviss, 29, brought up his name while talking about her affair with Tom Sandoval.
Both Rachel and Tom were notably involved in a cheating scandal which came to light in March 2023 – promptly ending his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
In text added over a transcript of a portion of her podcast, Max typed out, ‘This girl just cant shut up and take accountability also WERE STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS???? What. The. F**k.’
He also added, ‘Really curious what her platform will be about once she’s beat this into the f***ing GROUND. I’m so bored.’

In the transcript, Rachel had stated, ‘…You have seen him on Tom Sandoval’s podcast. He has also known.’
‘It just goes to the double standard of Tom was allowed to tell his best friends, but I wasn’t allowed to tell anybody. And if I did, he was not happy with me. So just a reminder to everyone, that is not love.’
The TV personality then recalled how both she and Sandoval allegedly had met up with Boyens in the midst of their affair, but Leviss explained she was unaware of how much Max ‘knew.’
‘All right, next, Max Boyens (From season 8 VPR). I don’t know the extent of what he knew about the affair, but Max Boyens was one of the people that we would meet up with regularly at one of the dive bars by Tom Sandoval’s house.’
She added that Boyens, ‘didn’t ask any questions, but it was an often thing that we would meet up.’
‘And it would be hard for me to think that he didn’t have an inkling of knowledge that this was going on.’
Rachel then remembered a past incident when both she and Tom had been caught ‘cuddling’ by another pal, Logan Cochran.
Boyens is known for making an appearance in the seventh season of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules and was hired on as an official cast member for season eight.

However, he was fired from the series after past racist tweets he had posted resurfaced in January 2020.
Last year in August, he revealed during an interview on the Up And Adam! podcast that he had actually filmed a few scenes for the recent spinoff series, The Valley, that also stars Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute.
‘Jax has asked me to be on the show and film with him. But the last thing I went to [where there were cameras], I didn’t identify with it, it wasn’t for me,’ he stated, per Us Weekly.
‘I went to a boys’ night and they are older and they are all married with kids. I actually took off my mic and I left.’
Earlier this month, Rachel further opened up about her past relationship with Sandoval, and accused him of ‘grooming’ her. She also brought up La La Kent’s comment where she said that the VPR star was a groomer.
‘I don’t want to label Tom anything either. I know I have called him a narcissist in the past and, maybe, I shouldn’t have done that. But you start seeing these patterns and this type of behavior.’
‘There are terms that psychologists use to explain this behavior because once you are able to pick up on it, it becomes predictable. The terminology is used as a tool and not as an insult to somebody.’
Rachel also opened up about her decision to not return to the Bravo series following the scandal and her time at a mental health facility for 90 days.

‘If I am going to be completely honest, I do feel like I have been groomed because I was in a very vulnerable state of mind. I just got out of a relationship that I feel like was very destructive to my wellbeing.’
‘He witnessed that whole thing play out. Things started shifting when we went to Coachella and he really went out of his way to cater to me.’
It comes after Leviss is now suing both Sandoval and his ex, Ariana Madix, for ‘revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy’ after the Scandoval drama.
‘Scandoval captured the public’s attention in a massive way, went completely viral, and injected new life into Vanderpump Rules,’ the complaint, obtained by DailyMail.com, reads.
‘It also caused mayhem in Leviss’s life, culminating in months-long in-patient treatment at a mental health facility and her departure from the show.’
‘Fomented by Bravo and Evolution in conjunction with the cast, Leviss was subjected to a public skewering with little precedent and became, without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America.’

Last year, it was revealed that Leviss had an intimate FaceTime conversation with Sandoval that was recorded without her knowledge.
During an interview with Bethenny Frankel last year in August, Leviss accused Sandoval of recording the video chat.
Bravo, NBCUniversal, Andy Cohen, and producers who work on Vanderpump Rules are not named in the lawsuit, however they are frequently mentioned.
The lawsuit, which spans 19-pages, was filed by Leviss late last month in February at Los Angeles Superior Court.
