Reuben Garrick has splashed out an eye-watering $1.2million on a luxurious new flat on Sydney’s northern beaches.
The NRL star, 26, who got engaged to his girlfriend Riley Wishart earlier this year, has purchased a modern two-bedroom flat in Freshwater in another big milestone.
The gorgeous apartment, which has one modern bathroom featuring black tiling, is situated only minutes away from Brookvale Oval, the Manly star’s home ground.
The 1970s top-floor flat has had a modern makeover since it was last sold in 2020 for $758,000, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The renovations include sleek new cabinets and fittings, as well as all-white walls, a striking blue kitchen island and built-in heating.

Reuben, who has played for the Sea Eagles since 2019, recently confirmed another huge life milestone as he got engaged to his long-term partner Riley in February.
The couple confirmed their happy news as they shared a picture of themselves posing together while Riley flashed her diamond ring.
They were all smiles as they posed in front of the picturesque Whale Beach in the snap shared to Instagram.

‘We’re engaged,’ they gushed in the caption, alongside a ring and heart emoji.
The glitzy ring, which was made by Sydney jeweller Affinity Diamonds, was also shown close up in another photo.
The huge square-cut diamond sparkled in the evening twilight as Riley proudly showed it off.
A third photo showed Reuben and Riley embracing, with the rugby league player kissing his future wife’s forehead as they looked out over the sea.

The couple generally keep their romance relatively under wraps, while Riley has a private social media account.
However, she is no stranger to the world of NRL as her father, Rod Wishart, was a legendary player for the Illawarra Steelers.
He retired in 1999 and in 2005, was honoured as one of the 25 greatest ever NSW rugby league players.

Warriors fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad made contact with his legs in the air and the Manly utility landed heavily on his back and was left writhing in pain.
Manly confirmed the extent of the injury in a club statement with Reuben ruled out for the season.
‘Scans have confirmed Garrick suffered a fractured transverse process in his back after landing heavily in the second half,’ the statement said.
Garrick returned for the 2024 season in which has consistently delivered top notch performances.
