He wrote alongside the image: ‘Getting ready for the sleepless nights.’
While the couple have not yet confirmed whether they have welcomed their first child, Kirsty recently shared an Instagram post about their ‘new chapter’.
At the start of February, she posted an array of photographs of the nursery set up ready for their new arrival as she excitedly looked ahead to motherhood.
It is not known how long Asan and Kirsty have been together but he began featuring in posts on her Instagram feed in July 2023.
Asan rose to fame as Ellis Chapman, the stepson of Marlon Dingle, on Emmerdale back in 2018.
However, he was dropped from the soap opera when footage emerged of him threatening to stab Hollyoaks’ Jamie Lomas, 28, at 2019’s TV Choice Awards.
During the 2019 brawl that led to his sacking, Asan was seen throwing a punch at his fellow actor Jamie in front of shocked onlookers.
In footage from the night, he could be heard saying: ‘Do you think you are a f*****g big man? I’m going to f*****g kill you. I’m going to f*****g knife you.’

After Asan threw the punch, I’m A Celebrity’s Malique Thompson-Dwyer ran into the room to intervene and bundle Jamie out.
It was later claimed that the confrontation was about one of Asan’s friends and Emmerdale co-stars, who Jamie was allegedly having a ‘financial dispute’ with.
Following the incident, an ITV spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Emmerdale suspended Asan N’Jie pending further investigation into an incident at a central London hotel’.
ITV executives have met with him this morning and as a consequence Asan’s contract has been terminated with immediate effect.’
Asan had been involved in a knife attack plot on Emmerdale before the incident.
Asan later apologised for his actions, saying: ‘My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
‘I am devastated, accept full responsibility and am determined to learn from this.’
The actor’s final scenes aired in mid-October 2019 and he was replaced on the soap by Aaron Anthony.
Since leaving Emmerdale, Asan has largely remained out of the spotlight and has starred in BBC1’s Bloodlands opposite James Nesbitt and BBC2’s Industry.
