Emma elevated her frame in a pair of bold black vinyl thigh high boots and accessorised with one silver drop earrings.
Meanwhile Matt looked dapper in an oversized black blazer which he teamed with wide legged trousers and a pair of slip-on shoes.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2008, were all smiles as they held hands while posing at the glamorous party.

The event was in celebration of the only category at the EE BAFTA Film Awards voted for by the public. The BAFTAS will be held on February 18.
It comes after Matt admitted his wife Emma was terrified he would suffer a terrible relapse as Busted went on tour.
The musician reunited with Charlie Simpson, 38, and James Bourne, 40, to perform 15 shows around the country for the band’s 20th anniversary.
The tour kicked off on September 2 in Plymouth and wrapped up later that month in Manchester.
Matt revealed it was a tough mental challenge for him as the last time he toured with the band in 2016, he spiralled back into drug addiction after eight years of sobriety.
‘Being on tour has been a moment of relapse for me again and again and again. Our life is really great…and a lot of people say to me, “Matt, why do you put yourself in a dangerous situation?”, Matt told The Mirror.
‘And it’s because I love it, and I really do, and I feel passionate about it, and I’m capable of doing that clean and sober. I am. Emma understandably worries about that, but I think she can see the work that I put in.’
The couple married in 2008, before which the Busted singer battled with well-documented demons, leading to rehabilitation for alcoholism in 2005 and for marijuana addiction a year later.

Matt said while Emma is worried, she can see how much progress he has made and how open he is with talking about his struggles.
The father-of-three said he feels ‘very grateful and lucky’ that Emma has stood by him.
Speaking frankly about his marriage, he said: ‘I always felt like I was hanging on for dear life for so many years. And whereas now, it’s a two-way partnership.’
Matt, who became addicted to smoking cannabis at the age of 13, has been sober for five years and hasn’t had a drink in 13 years.
While with years of sobriety behind him, the bassist said there are certain rules in place to avoid potential relapse triggers including a strict no drugs policy in the dressing room and extending that to anyone around him on tour.
Matt said he finds the ‘mind-altering state of drugs’ too triggering to be around and that he can’t be near anyone on them or around substances.
