Business Chicks founder Emma Issacs has shocked friends and family after marrying girlfriend Azure Antoinette in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas.

The 43-year-old Australian entrepreneur tied the knot in a laid back ceremony with her US sweetheart on Tuesday and later shared the news to followers on her social media.

They were later captured in a gallery after the wedding strolling the neon streets of Las Vegas.

In one photo Emma, who is a mother of six, can be seen smiling widely as she walks arm-in-arm with Azure, who holds a large bouquet of pink flowers.

Another picture shows the pair hand-in-hand against the romantic backdrop of Las Vegas at night.

The couple elected to dress in a low-key fashion for their nuptials.

Emma wore a snug-fitting off-the-shoulder white dress, while Azure looked smart in a black suit matched with a white vest.

The millionaire later teased her followers in a post that the couple ‘eloped’.

Emma later revealed in a social media post that the decision to wed was spontaneous.

‘The plan WAS, go to the GRAMMYs with my two-times Grammy considered fiancée,’ she said. 

‘That WAS the plan. Then in true poetic fashion, VEGAS. Sorry kids! Sorry mum and dad! Surprise! We eloped! We got married! I’m so happy and floating on cloud nine.’

Emma, who shares six children with her former husband Rowan Isaacs, made her relationship with Azure public in 2023 following her divorce.

Business Chicks is one of Australia’s largest business communities for women.

It has hosted speakers including Richard Branson, Nicole Kidman and Jamie Oliver
