The TV personality, 33, wore a busty black gown for the night out with the England midfielder, 20, James Maddison, 26, and Trent Alexander-Arnold, 25.
While celebrating England’s spot in next year’s European Championship the footballer’s reportedly ‘racked up a £35,000 bar bill’ as they continued the party at Tape in Mayfair – where the minimum spend is £2,000 for a table.
Emily looked sensational in an off-the-shoulder dress that featured a ruched waist and leggy slit at the front.
She topped her glamorous outfit off with a pair of classy stiletto heels and styled her hair into loose curls.

Trent followed closely behind wearing a green shirt, layered over a grey top, and some brown cargo trousers.
Emily was seen heading home from Chiltern Firehouse alone while the footballer’s carried on the party.
England secured their spot in next year’s European Championship with two games to spare, and celebrated their feat in equally impressive style.
According to The Sun, several big names toasted their victory at a high-end London nightclub and ran up a bill believed to be £35,000.
Luke Shaw and Jack Grealish were also thought to be among the group, who were joined by a number of celebrity guests at Mayfair’s Tape.
Boxer Chris Eubank Jnr also reportedly joined the group at the venue, while Harry Kane was reportedly nowhere to be seen.

However, a source was adamant that events did not get out of hand, with the players focused on their club duties later this weekend, intent rather to let their hair down in a more mellow fashion.
‘It was a fun night and the players deservedly let their hair down,’ a source revealed. ‘There was quite rightly an air of celebration.
‘It was terrific to see the Three Lions squad bonding together. The lads had a ball, but didn’t lose the plot due to important club fixtures looming this weekend.’
