Ellidy Pullin is farewelling one of her prized Gold Coast investments, listing her Palm Beach apartment on the market – before its million-dollar view disappears for good.
The glamorous social media star, 32, has listed the chic two-bedroom beachside unit via an expressions of interest campaign.
Ellidy, who paid $900,000 for the renovated 1970s apartment in June 2023, is seizing a short-lived opportunity to sell while it still boasts unobstructed ocean views.
Those scenic views are about to vanish, with a new two-storey house set to rise on the sand in front – blocking the currently picture-perfect coastal outlook.
Despite the looming construction, the apartment is proving hot property.
Freshly renovated and brimming with coastal charm, the light-filled home features spacious open-plan living spaces, bifold doors leading to a sun-drenched deck and a master bedroom with a built-in window seat.

The listing describes it as ‘carefree, coastal and charming’ – the kind of breezy beach retreat that ‘instantly makes you smile’.
The apartment sits within the vintage Ocean View Lounge complex, just steps from the sand, and has been operating as a successful Airbnb, generating around $70,000 a year in rental income.
The listing marks another step in Ellidy’s growing property journey.
She recently shifted focus to a new duplex development nearby after purchasing a $3.15million beachside block in May 2024.
It’s a significant evolution for the influencer-turned-developer, who’s proving she’s as savvy in real estate as she is online.
According to PropTrack, unit prices in Palm Beach have climbed 3.4 per cent in the past year to reach a median of $1.81million – making Ellidy’s timing to sell absolutely perfect.
Earlier this month, Ellidy confirmed she is off the market, five years after the tragic death of her boyfriend Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin.
Chumpy drowned on the Gold Coast at the age of 32 in a freak spearfishing accident on July 8, 2020.

Ellidy gave birth to her now-three-year-old daughter Minnie in 2021, who was conceived through a posthumous sperm retrieval process following her father’s shock death.
The couple had been dating for eight years before the accident, and while they never married, Ellidy changed her last name to Pullin in his honour.
Last week, the model and podcaster revealed she was ‘quietly dating’ her friend on her Darling, Shine! podcast.
‘I’m dating my friend and it’s really f***ng fun. We’ll just see where it goes and what happens,’ she said.
‘I’m excited, not rushing. One of us would like it to happen a little bit sooner, but one of us is a bit nervous, a bit overwhelmed.’
Ellidy admitted she won’t be posting photos with her new beau to social media as she is still focused on building the relationship.
‘It’s me ensuring [my daughter] Minnie comes first. Her relationship with this person and the way she receives him is such a big f***ng factor,’ she said.
‘I love my community online, and I want you guys to love this person, but my baby, my friends and family having that connection to him is ten times more important.

It comes after Ellidy revealed there was still some of her late partner’s sperm available if she wanted ‘another Chumpy bubba’, but she is considering other options.
‘I do see myself having a baby one day with someone else, maybe in like five years’ time, but I can’t really see myself getting married,’ she told the Gold Coast Bulletin last year.
Ellidy said while she is not yet at the point where she wants to date anyone long-term, she has had some flings while on holiday.
In the years since Chumpy’s death, the model has co-hosted a podcast called Darling, Shine! with friend Chloe Fisher and has signed deals with Covergirl makeup, the LIV golf tournament and even Schmackos dog treats.
