Elle Macpherson’s stylist makes wild claim about the Aussie supermodel’s hair: ‘It’s not even fair’

Elle Macpherson’s hairdresser has claimed that the supermodel, 61, has no grey hairs.

The Aussie beauty’s long-serving stylist Dafne Evangelista made the extraordinary statement in a TikTok video posted by Elle’s wellness brand WelleCo last week.

Evangelista was seen styling Elle’s iconic mane and could not help gushing over her youthful ‘do’.

‘One of the reasons you don’t have grey hair,’ she said. ‘It’s not even fair.’

Laughing off the compliment, Elle said it was her strict regimen of vitamins and minerals that keeps her hair so youthful.

‘I’ve been your stylist for years, and I’ve never found one grey hair,’ Dafne gushed, while Elle was adamant it was due to her WelleCo wellness products.

Elle also made the claim during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last year.

She said she had been able to avoid silver strands thanks to her current ‘wellbeing regimen’.

Elle explained she uses a few scoops of The Super Elixir from her wellness brand WelleCo each day and also takes two concentrated hair supplements.

‘It’s designed for thicker, stronger hair that shines with natural beauty, and they’re effortless. Total game changer,’ she said.

‘I could see and feel the difference in no time at all.’

She also confirmed last year she wears hair extensions to add volume to her locks.

Meanwhile, this week, Elle issued a plea for people to pay closer attention to the vitamins they are taking.

She appeared on the Dr. Daniel Pompa podcast this week, revealing the physical and mental toll synthetic vitamins had taken on her.

She made the admission after being asked about the inspiration behind her own beauty and wellness supplements company WelleCo.

‘By the time I was 48, 49, 50, I had noticed a lot of changes to the way my body was responding to workouts, for example. Everything I was doing didn’t seem to be working anymore,’ Elle admitted.

Elle added that she had been experiencing a litany of symptoms which prompted her to visit a naturopath and nutritionist.

‘I said to her: “Listen, I’m putting on weight, I don’t sleep very well, I have a low sense of vitality, my libido is out the window, my skin is dry. I’m so moody, I’m sure I’m going to get a divorce,”’ she said.

‘I wasn’t even married but I was going to get married. I was like: “This guy’s never going to want to hang out with me” because I was so emotional and I wasn’t sleeping well.

‘I said: “I’m taking all these vitamins and I still feel really run down.”’

Elle said that the nutritionist quickly identified the root cause as the vitamins she was taking.

‘She said: “Do you know you’re taking synthetic vitamins?” She said to me: “Are you peeing bright green?” and I was like, “Yeah! I thought it was a good thing.”‘

‘She said: “If we can get your cortisol down, if we can get the inflammation down, if we can get you on a more alkaline lifestyle, more hydration, have a sleep regimen and I’m going to give you these green supplements and you’re going to feel different.”’

Elle said she switched out the synthetic vitamins for a ‘greens protocol’ of natural supplements.

‘She put me on a greens protocol – I’d never heard of greens – like alkalising greens, i hadn’t heard of acidity – this was a side of wellness and health that I’d never explored,’ Elle said.

‘She said: “If we can get your cortisol down, if we can get the inflammation down, if we can get you on a more alkaline lifestyle, more hydration, have a sleep regimen and I’m going to give you these green supplements and you’re going to feel different.”‘

Elle said her supplements, which she started taking five times a day, were a combination of wholefoods, vitamins, minerals probiotics prebiotics, and herbs.

‘Within a short amount of time, I saw changes,’ she said.

‘I lost weight and my sense of vitality came back…when I saw that I realised I needed to share this with other people.’
