The Australian supermodel, 59, looked unimpressed with her musician boyfriend, 55, as they headed out to the street.
The couple were seen gesticulating wildly while talking on the front steps, before exiting together, both studiously checking their phones.
Elle went makeup-free for the outing, and swept her long blonde hair up in a messy bun, tucked under a cream baseball cap.
She looked typically fashion forward, wearing a grey jumper over a white shirt, with the collar peeking out the top.

The rocker also wore matching trousers to his girlfriend, but opted for a black pair, while carrying several tote bags.
It comes after it was reported that the mother-of-two and the American guitarist have been scoping out wedding venues in Australia.
New Idea recently claimed that the couple, who have been dating for over a year, have their eye on Australia for a potential ‘destination wedding’.
An insider told the publication: ‘Elle can’t wait to be a bride again and she’s found the perfect man in Doyle.
‘They are crazy about each other. They’re incredibly laidback and he’s come along at the most perfect time in her life.’

While neither Elle or Doyle have confirmed an engagement, the supermodel is often seen with a thick gold ring around her left ring finger.
