Elizabeth Hurley: “I Haven’t Been to a Pub Since 1987!”

While she’s never far from a red carpet or swanky cocktail party, Elizabeth Hurley has confessed that she’s not been into a pub since 1987.

The actress, 60, left her The Inheritance co-star Robert Rinder, 47, stunned with the revelation before admitting she had no idea what ‘getting a round in’ meant.

The duo were playing Q&A game Judgement Call ahead of the premiere of their new Channel 4 show, when Robert asked: ‘Is this fair or not? Getting a more expensive drink when it’s somebody else’s round at the pub’.

Elizabeth looked completely flummoxed by the question and said: ‘I don’t even know what that means!’.

‘I haven’t been into a pub since 1987’ she confessed, while Robert was lost for words before the pair shared a giggle.

‘I thing we should move on’ Elizabeth declared, while he co-star replied sheepishly : ‘Yes, I think that’s for the best’.

The new show reality show sees Liz playing the part of a glamorous benefactor in the show, Elizabeth puts 13 contestants through their paces as they make their bid for her inheritance.

However, if they want to get a large share of it, they will need to be cunning to win at her mischievous game with Robert as the The Deceased’s Executor and trusted legal counsel.

It comes after the actress hinted that her son Damian might not have any inheritance to look forward to from her.

Elizabeth told how she doesn’t expect any inheritance herself from her loved ones and she instead hoped they spend all their money while they can.

According to The Mirror, she said: ‘I have a set of tiny porcelain coffee cups which belonged to my favourite great aunt – I think of her with every espresso.

‘But I want everyone I love to check out on empty, having spent every penny on enjoying themselves. I’m not desperate to inherit anything.’

When asked about what her son will inherit, she replied: ‘I mean what makes you think I believe in passing anything on? I might go out on empty, you never know.’

Away from her career, Elizabeth is currently dating country musician Billy Ray Cyrus.

Earlier this week the couple were seen passionately kissing in a new photo shared to Instagram, while in a field on the Isle Of Mull in Scotland; the second-largest island of the Inner Hebrides.
