Eddie Kadi was full of praise for his dance partner Karen Hauer on Sunday night after they were eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing.
The comedian, 40, and the dancer, 41, faced the dreaded dance off against Love Island star Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima after receiving the least votes.
Eddie was scored a disappointing 24 out of 40 with his Samba to Calm Down by Rema and Selena Gomez and landed at the bottom of the leaderboard.
Both couples tried to impress the judges one last time, but Eddie and Karen ended being sent packing by the judges.
Despite being sad to leave, Eddie gushed over his experience on the show and his pride to have shown his culture.

He said: ‘I’ve really enjoyed this, it’s something I’ve always wanted to do – I love dancing.
‘This has been the highest moment of my career – it’s the happiest I’ve ever been, but not just for me – my family – my little baby girl is at home doing the Men in Black dance.
‘More importantly, this little African boy, I just wanted my culture to shine. Everything I stand for, when it comes to my comedy, when it comes to my presenting, is based on my culture, is based on my upbringing and I wanted that to shine most importantly.’
Eddie then heaped praise on his dance partner, calling her a ‘wonderful queen’ and a ‘gem’.
He said: ‘Even more importantly this wonderful queen [to Karen], there are two parts to this show – we want to entertain, I believe that God has brought this to me, I just want to make people happy and this gem over here has kept me happy – I love you so much God bless you.’
Karen replied by gushing: ‘You are a treasure, I’m going to miss you [to Eddie] – well I’ll see you tomorrow!
‘We’re going to take up Congolese dancing. I just want to thank you so much for being so positive and bringing such light and smiling, just a beauty to all of us, I want to thank you so much.’
It comes following claims Karen has split from her husband Jordan Wyn-Jones and has been seen several times recently without her wedding ring on.

The couple married last year and described the ceremony as a ‘fairytale’ at the time, but sources have claimed that the pair have gone through a ‘tough time’.
Of their split, a source told the Mirror: ‘Karen and Jordan have had a tough time in the past few months and decided to split. It’s obviously very sad for both of them.
‘But there’s no ill-will whatsoever. The split is amicable, and they wish each other the best.’
In August this year, Karen revealed she and Jordan were having counselling to help them with their relationship.
She told Hello! magazine: ‘Counselling. You know what I think communication is massive but learning how to communicate, you know, so we get outside help.
‘So whenever we’re having tricky moments or anything like that, it’s just seeing the vulnerable side of each other and understanding it and knowing that both of us are working on things because nobody is perfect.’
She added: ‘There is no such thing as a happy marriage or a happy relationship with the perfect couple.
‘It’s about dealing with things the right way and not just running away from things, and I guess that’s what makes us tick even better and understand one another.’

Karen was previously married to former show professional Kevin Clifton from 2015 to 2018.
Although they parted ways in 2018, they continued to work together for another two years until Kevin left Strictly in 2020.
Prior to her relationship with Kevin, she was married to Matthew Hauer for nine years before they split in 2009.
And last June, Karen married fitness professional Jordan in an intimate ceremony in Hampshire.
At the time, she described the ceremony as a ‘fairytale’ and gushed about how special it was to bring their families together.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, she said: ‘I haven’t seen my family for the last two years so it’s really touching to bring them here and be able to share this amazing moment with them.’
Karen and Jordan got hitched at the five-star Chewton Glen hotel, an 18th century country house bordering the New Forest.
The couple went public with their relationship in 2021 when Jordan shared a post asking how he could ‘get so lucky’ as to be with Karen.

He wrote: ’32 years… definitely worth all that life could throw at me so that I could have you in my arms. How can a donut like me get so lucky to have met my person. Can’t wait to have you home.’
After she and her ex-husband Kevin split, Karen – who is originally from Venezuela – insisted she would never date a dancer again.
She told The Sun: ‘I’m not dating any more dancers, absolutely not, no way. I married two of them already. I think I’m done in that area now, I’m moving on.
‘My ideal man would have blond hair, blue eyes, tattoos and a good body, pretty much the opposite to my exes. You always want to go the complete opposite.
‘They definitely need to work out. They need to know themselves, be nice and know what they want, because I know myself now.’
After her split from Kevin, Karen went on to date opera singer David Webb, who she was said to have ‘quietly split’ from back in September 2020.
A source told The Sun: ‘It finished on good terms, they have a mutual respect for one another and there were no other parties involved.’
‘Karen has been able to throw herself back into preparing for the next series of Strictly and has told her friends she’s in a really good place.’
