The Crown’s Ed McVey looked like he was enjoying every minute as he was pictured at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday.
The 24-year-old – who plays Prince William in The Crown season 6 part 2 – was all smiles as he arrived at the AMI Alexandre Mattiussi Menswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 fashion show.
Ed wore a long black satin jacket for the occasion, over a shirt that was lined with dazzling sequins.
The actor teamed it with some baggy black trousers, a semi-sheer top and some patent lace-up shoes.
Celebrities including Norman Reedus and Fran Drescher were also in attendance.

Ed’s appearance comes after he spoke about starring in The Crown season 6 part 2 alongside Meg Bellamy, 21, who plays Kate Middleton.
He insisted he did not want Kate and William’s royal love story on the hit Netflix series to appear as ‘smooth sailing’.
The second half of the series, that was released in December 2023, focuses on William and Kate’s romance, which blossomed at St Andrews University in Scotland.
Meg mimicked the royal’s iconic strut down the catwalk for charity on the show.
Kate – who was an art history student at the time – walked onstage in a sheer dress and captured the Prince’s attention.
William watched his future wife from a £200 front-row seat and said: ‘Wow! Kate’s hot!’
Ed told The Telegraph of playing the royal and sharing his and Kate’s love story: ‘We didn’t want to make it a smooth journey, meeting and falling in love and then getting together.
‘We wanted it to be stagnated and weird, as relationships are, because there’s never smooth sailing, nothing is ever one thing.’

The actor added that he wanted to put ‘many bollards and emotional brick walls’ in the way of them getting together in the early stages.
‘We want the audience to be like, ‘oh just say the right thing or just stop being so awkward with each other and just get together’ and then luckily you see that in the end,’ he added.
In an interview with i-D Magazine, Ed recently spoke about how William was feeling the pressure amid his public role and his mother Princess Diana’s tragic death when the actor was first introduced as the royal in the show.
He shared: ‘When you find William, he’s very much being thrust onto the world stage and is being compared a lot to Diana.
‘I think he finds it very, very difficult and doesn’t want to be the centre of attention. Fundamentally, he’s in lots of pain, and doesn’t want to have to keep smiling and be Prince William for everyone.
‘He’s trying to make himself, from a physical standpoint, as small as possible.’
