The 46-year-old Have You Been Paying Attention? cast member flaunted his astounding body transformation on social media over the weekend.
Ed, posing shirtless and wearing only board shorts, was hardly recognisable in the snap, which saw the funnyman flexing to show off a rippling torso.
In the picture, Ed can be seen pulling a face while standing by a clothes rack full of washing.
His fitness guru wife, Tiffiny Hall, could not resist a joke about the setting in the caption.

The fitness influencer has been sharing photos of the couple’s festive season family getaway to Bali over the holiday break.
In a post to her stories last week, the mother of two showed off her stunning bikini body, which included a picture of the reality star posing in a skimpy two-piece.
Looking relaxed and standing in a pool with a coffee cup in hand, Tiffiny flaunted her ripped abs in the polka dot swimsuit.
She also shared a video in which she could be seen performing push-ups in an outdoor gym.
Another clip featured the former Gladiators star taking a selfie while jogging on the beachfront.
After wishing all a merry Christmas, she included a New Year’s greeting: ‘Sending you lots of love and wishing you [a year] of health and happiness and joy.’
She added: ‘Know that I’m always in your corner, cheering you on in every single way… sending lots of love.’

Ed previously revealed how he knew he had seen the girl of his dreams when he flipped on the television one fateful day.
The former 2DayFM radio host was watching game show Gladiators when Tiffiny caught his eye.
The personal trainer was competing on the show as the Gladiator Angel, and Ed was smitten.
‘I’m going to marry that girl on the TV,’ he told himself, as he revealed on Tiffiny’s podcast Bounce Forward back in 2024.
Ed devised a plan to interview Hall and didn’t waste the opportunity.
‘Here I am about to go out and compete, so focused, and this guy is trying to chat me up,’ Tiffiny explained.
Unfortunately, their first meeting didn’t go as the radio host had hoped.
‘I didn’t even remember meeting him, to be honest. But he didn’t give up,’ she admitted.
The couple married in 2014.
