Big Brother viewers were astounded during Sunday’s episode as Dylan and Trish fell out over food.
Trish was seen making herself a sandwich in the kitchen while Dylan cooked himself and some other housemates some chicken.
But Trish was left unimpressed as she was under the impression Dylan had forbidden her from having any chicken as she had already started making herself something to eat.
Questioning Trish, an irritated Dylan asked: ‘Have I done something else wrong?’, to which Trish spat back: ‘Yeah you did.’
After Trish explained she was annoyed Dylan had told her she could not ask for other items of food after she decided to make a sandwich, Dylan hit back: ‘I asked you if you wanted something to eat, that’s all I said.’
Battle: Big Brother viewers were astounded during Sunday’s episode as Dylan and Trish fell out over food
Hangry? Trish was left unimpressed as she was under the impression Dylan had forbidden her from having any chicken as she had already started making herself something to eat
When Trish insisted he hadn’t asked her if she wanted anything, Dylan doubled down: ‘I said, “What are you doing? Because I’m making food”, do you know what I mean?
‘I’m making food so I need to know now.
Trish responded: ‘I said, “I’m making a sandwich”, and you said, “If you’re going to eat that you’re not going to make me anything”.’
Worked up, Dylan insisted: ‘No I didn’t say that! I said, “I’m making food”.’
Attempting to get her fellow housemates to back her up, Trish asked the other show contestants: ‘Sorry, did anyone else hear that or did I just imagine that?’
Jenkin told Dylan: ‘You did say that if she’s making a sandwich, you’re not going to put chicken in for her.’
Dylan said: ‘No, I said I wouldn’t bother putting chicken in for you, I didn’t say I wasn’t going to put chicken in for you,’ which left Trish looking baffled and shrugging her shoulders.
‘I said if you want chicken you can have chicken,’ continued Dylan. ‘I didn’t mean it as in if you make a sandwich, I’m not cooking for you.’
Reaction: The moment left viewers with plenty of opinions on the matter, with show fans taking to Twitter to express their views
An exasperated Trish said: ‘I don’t know why you’re shouting at me,’ to which Dylan told her: ‘You misunderstood what I said, that’s why.’
But Trish insisted: ‘No, no, no. I didn’t misunderstand what you said, I heard you properly.’
The moment left viewers with plenty of opinions on the matter, with show fans taking to Twitter to express their views.
Someone wrote: ‘Dylan, Trish, why are we shouting about chicken at our big ages.’
While another person shared: ‘I like Trish, but she made an argument out of nothing. Dylan did nothing wrong.’
Another viewer posted: ‘Trish is clearly hangry cos there was no need to go off on Dylan over that, if she still wanted chicken she coulda said, she has a voice no?’
Made up: The pair were seen hugging after their argument as they attempted to put their differences aside
While someone else commented: ‘Trish is on my team but, she does look for drama where there isn’t any. Dylan didn’t say much wrong. That would do my head in if I had to deal with it.’
Another fan of the show wrote: ‘Nah, Trish is reaching man. How you beefing with Dylan over a sandwich?’
While someone else shared: ‘I do think Trish CAN take things too literally sometimes, I didn’t get the vibe from Dylan that she got, but heightened emotions and all that make it easy to misconstrue. I like their friendship tho so I’m glad it was sorted quickly.’
‘Haven’t seen or heard from Dylan in 2 weeks and now he’s coming for Trish and straight up lying about what he said,’ noted someone else.
Someone else asked: ‘Dylan saying he didn’t say he “wouldn’t make Trish any chicken” but said he “wouldn’t bother making Trish any chicken”… is that not the same thing?’
Siding with Trish, one other person wrote: ‘Tbf to Trish, Dylan did say he won’t put chicken in but it wasn’t that deep tho at all to amount to an argument.’
‘Dylan telling Trish he won’t make her chicken if she has a sandwich as if Chanelle isn’t sat beside her eating a sandwich,’ laughed someone else.
While another viewer posted: ‘Dylan 100% said Trish couldn’t have chicken if she was cooking for herself.’
Big Brother continues on Monday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

It brings me a lot of mum guilt because I’ve got a young child. It’s my biggest incentive and motivation to win.’
JORDAN
AGE: 25
PROFESSION: Lawyer
FROM: Scunthorpe
WHAT ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO GET NOMINATED FOR? ‘Being cantankerous and acting as if I don’t want to be there even if I do in my heart. They might nominate me for being disengaged perhaps or not paying everyone an equal amount of attention. They may feel left out but I can’t help that.’
DYLAN
AGE: 39
PROFESSION: DJ
FROM: Coventry
TELL US AN INTERESTING FACT ABOUT YOURSELF: ‘I appeared on a TV show called The Last Leg about amputees – two years before I lost my leg!’
NOKY
AGE: 26
PROFESSION: Banker
FROM: Derby
WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BECOME A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love challenges. I’ve had so many amazing times in my life, like going to Miss Universe as Miss Great Britain. I like to do something different and I think this is the next challenge I want to conquer. I want to show people what pageant girls are really like and disprove a lot of stereotypes around them. I also show what it’s like being a woman who’s worked in male- dominated fields. I want to show that women are capable of doing anything they want.’
PAUL

HALLIE
AGE: 18

YINRUN
AGE: 25

FROM: Harrogate
WHAT PART OF THE EXPERIENCE ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO? ‘I’m most excited about being surrounded by so many people from different walks of life. CHANELLE
AGE: 29
PROFESSION: Dental therapist
FROM: Llanelli
WHAT ARE YOU MOST LIKELY TO BE NOMINATED FOR? ‘Probably just for being annoying. In Wales, we have this saying, “I’ll do it now in a minute.” So like, if I went to make food and I left a dish on the side, I have all good intentions of washing it but I’d be like, “I’ll do it now in a minute,” and it might be three hours later before I do it. So probably for silly stuff like that.’
MATTY
AGE: 24
PROFESSION: Doctor
FROM: Isle Of Man

HENRY

PROFESSION: Food writer
FROM: Cotswolds
HOW WOULD YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DESCRIBE YOU? ‘I think they would say I’m particularly sociable and very chatty. I mean, I’ll be honest, my parents would definitely say I’m a bit of a snob but I take it as a compliment. I think it means you’ve got high standards and good taste. They’d say I was quite a peculiar child.’
KERRY
AGE: 40
PROFESSION: NHS manager
FROM: Essex
WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BE A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love the programme. It is, for me, the ultimate reality TV show ever. I’ve got multiple sclerosis and so the reason why I never applied before is because I always saw those whacking great big stairs to get into the house. It just felt a little bit unachievable because for the first three years of my illness I was in a wheelchair. When I saw it was coming back and searching for real people from all walks of life, I thought, this is my year.’
