Dylan Mulvaney referred to herself as a ‘retired twink’ while modeling a crop top during her promo tour for her one-woman play.
The slang term ‘twink’ refers to a young gay man typically with a slim and boyish appearance.
Mulvaney, 28, was promoting her upcoming off-Broadway debut titled The Least Problematic Woman which chronicles her life from a ‘Catholic school kid to a trans TikTok icon.’
On the same day, she took to her Instagram Story to share a bright-eyed and smiling selfie to showcase her outfit as she promotes her upcoming off-Broadway debut.
She headed a photo call at So & So’s in New York City on Thursday ahead of her debut at the the Lucille Lortel Theatre at the end of the month.
At the event, she posed alongside a poster board promoting the Tim Jackson-directed play and showed off her outfit.

The trans influencer and activist, who was spotted getting cozy with Heartstopper actor Joe Locke at a Sabrina Carpenter concert over the summer, proudly posed in the baby pink crop top with cursive lettering across the front.
She paired the top with straight-leg jeans to showcase her slender frame and completed her look with patent leather, Mary Jane ballet flats and pink socks.
On her Instagram Story, she took a selfie of herself in a car on her way to the event and sported a white beret, she later took off while posing for pictures during the photo call.
Her collarbone-length bob was styled in a straight hairstyle with the ends flipped up for a chic, bouncy look.
The New York Times best-selling author also rocked a monochromatic pink makeup look to match her outfit.
On September 30, Mulvaney will make her off-Broadway debut in the one-woman play about ‘self-discovery, fame and life beyond girlhood,’ according to the play’s website.
She will be performing at the Lucille Lortel Theatre from late September, ahead of the October 7 opening night, all the way until the end of November.
The play was formerly titled Faghag, which opened in London, and received critical acclaim when she performed at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Mulvaney also recently made her West End debut in the play, We Are Not Kids Anymore, at the Savoy Theater.

She also previously performed in the Broadway musical Book of Mormon in theaters across North America.
Jackson previously helmed the Edinburgh world premiere of Mulvaney’s one-woman play and gushed about working with her in a statement obtained by Playbill.
‘It was a true joy to develop this play with Dylan in London, so I’m thrilled we get to reimagine the show for a New York audience, who I know will be dazzled by her glorious wit, talent, and electric personality,’ he said about the star.
