Dylan Alcott flaunted his bulging biceps on Tuesday as he took to the gym for a hard workout with celebrity trainer Jono Castano.
The three-time Paralympic gold medalist, 33, worked up a sweat in videos shared to Jono’s Instagram Stories.
In the first clip, the former Australian of the Year got his muscles burning with battle ropes before he moved onto pushups using press-up bars in the second.
Jono, 33, kept close by Dylan, spotting him and giving encouragement as Dylan powered through his reps.
In a show of mental fortitude, Dylan stuck his tongue out at the camera when his arms began to waver, before pushing through the struggle.
