The famed pastry chef, 51, and his wife Johnna, 32, who , welcomed their second child into the world on March 31.
Goldman, who has appeared on the hit Ace of Cakes and served as judge on Kids Baking Championship and Holiday Baking Championship, told People, 'I am literally the happiest I've ever been in my entire life at this moment.'
The TV personality said he's thrilled to have a son, which gives him a chance 'at just raising a real good little man.'
Little Samurai Jack was born at seven pounds, five ounces, and immediately promoted the couple's daughter Josephine, five, to big sister.
'Leading up to Sam being born, she was making piles of all her stuffies that she wanted to give him and drawing him little pictures to hang in his room,' Goldman recalled.

When his little girl met her baby brother for the first time, she was 'a little tentative.'
Goldman continued, 'It was amazing for me, just seeing her face when she was confronted with a real little person that was the size of one of her dolls and, you know, she didn't wanna hurt him or break him.
The famed pastry chef said Josephine, five, was 'a little tentative' at first when meeting her baby brother, but when she saw him hugging one of her toys, she 'planted a big old kiss right on his forehead'
The proud father likened Josephine to the fan-favorite Louise on Bob's Burgers, 'She runs the house, man, you know?'

'And I was like, 'I'm gonna name my son Sam, because Sam's a cool name,'' Goldman shared. 'And I was like, 'What if instead of Samuel, or Sam, his actual name on his birth certificate was Samurai?''
Goldman and his wife wed in 2019 after meeting on the dating app Tinder, bonding over their shared love of art during what turned out to be a seven-hour first date. They immediately fell in love and took off for a romantic trip to Hawaii.
After welcoming Josephine in January 2021, Goldman described what it was like being a new father to Mashed.
'I mean, just watching her figure stuff out and learn stuff,' he said. 'The past few days, she has let us know that she is completely obsessed, like obsessed, with plastic water bottles. We were watching her, and she was almost figuring out how to get the top off and unscrew it. She's seven months old. It's just so fascinating.'
