Dua Lipa Stuns in Black Dress with Dad in NYC After Agent Controversy

Dua Lipa displayed her impeccable fashion sense on Sunday, as she stepped out for lunch with her father in New York City.

The pop star, 30, was the picture of sophistication in a high-necked black midi dress boasting a structural corset bodice.

Toting a cheetah-print designer handbag and sporting classic black shades, Dua beamed as she graciously stopped to take photos with several lucky passing fans.

She elevated her height in a pair of peep-toe Christian Louboutin heels and flashed a glimpse of her stunning diamond engagement ring from fiancé Callum Turner.

The actor, 35, popped the question last Christmas, getting down on one knee to present Dua with the unique sparkler, which is estimated to be worth between £62,000 to £93,000.

Meanwhile, Dua’s father Dukagjin, 56, – who is also her manager – chatted away on his phone, looking handsome in a plain black jumper and striped trousers.

Her NYC outing comes after the singer dumped her agent after he campaigned to stop pro-Palestinian rappers Kneecap from performing at Glastonbury, by claiming they were fuelling anti-Semitism.

Dua’s long-standing representative David Levy was the first signatory on a letter urging festival founder Michael Eavis and his daughter Emily to drop the Belfast rappers, who have been accused of supporting Hezbollah terrorists.

The email, also signed by a number of other leading Jewish music industry figures, was marked ‘private and confidential’ but later leaked, revealing their actions to the acts they represent.

The revelation has caused vocal Palestinian supporter Dua and band Massive Attack to cease working with Levy over his stance.

A music industry source told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Dua made sure through her people that David Levy wasn’t working on her music any more. She is very openly pro-Palestine and that doesn’t align with David.

‘She views him as being a supporter of Israel’s war in Gaza, and the terrible treatment of the Palestinians and that was made very clear through the letter that he signed and sent to Michael Eavis.’

They added that she was still with the same talent company, William Morris Endeavor, but represented by a different agent there.

Despite Levy’s protest, Kneecap did perform at Glastonbury and while police received complaints about their performance, they decided to take no further action.
