Photos of a spectacular renovation featured on Seven’s new hit reality show Dream Home hosted by Dr Chris Brown has been leaked online.
The images reveal that a classic red -brick four-bedroom pad in Sydney’s north west has been transformed into a sprawling mansion.
Located in Wingara Grove, 19kms from the CBD, the chic two storey house features four double bedrooms, a large front yard. a white picket fence and a covered front verandah boasting ‘Spanish’ arches.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the house is owned by Dream Home contestants Lara Falco and Peter Bird.
The couple bought the original property in 2022 for $2.1million.

Contestants Lara and Peter said ahead of filming the series they wanted to give a new lease of life to their 1960s built property which they share with their two children.

And according to Seven’s official synopsis, rising costs for pair – who have run a number of small businesses – put a renovation out of reach.
Meanwhile, Seven has already renewed the Dream Home series for a second season.
Based on a successful New Zealand format, the reality show centres on six couples who set out to convert each other’s houses room-by-room.
The home also features a separate dining room

Dream Home was a huge hit for Seven on Sunday, with its debut episode scoring a whopping 950,000 viewers nationally.
