Dina Broadhurst went bra-free as she spent the day cleaning out her Vaucluse rental home she shared with ex-boyfriend Max Shepherd.
The nude artist, who called time on her relationship with the project developer in June 2023, was busy packing up her belongings on Monday as the pair began to move out of the harbourside home they once lived in together.
Dina, 47, showed off her toned arms in a fitted white singlet top that offered little to no support as she was seen rearranging items placed curbside outside the property.
She paired her look with cream diamond stitched shorts, and went makeup-free as well as barefoot for the moving day.
The brunette had her hair out and styled straight with a middle part and she appeared in good spirits.

Dina and Max were later seen chatting with labourers outside their property.
It is unclear if Dina is relocating to another property for good or if she is renovating the rental, which she has previously done with ex Max.

In 2021, Dina and Max opened their wallets to renovate the run-down Vacluse property – even though they don’t own it.
The couple spent two weeks working around the clock freshening up the rustic property into a stunning modern home with panoramic water views.
They revealed to Daily Mail Australia the DIY job involved ripping out the old lino kitchen floor and carpets to inject a new lease of life into the original floorboards underneath.
The couple were tight-lipped about how much they spent on the makeover, but a DIY expert estimated it would have cost between $4,000 and $10,000.

Ms Broadhurst admitted that most people think it’s ‘crazy’ to do up a rental home – but for her it made perfect sense.
She had been looking for an art studio separate to where she lived – a place where she could drip paint on the floor and not have to worry about ‘ruining things’.
But finding such a space proved difficult so she decided to combine the studio and the home.

The kitchen cabinets were given a makeover by painting them matt black inside and out.
Ceilings, doors, windows and walls throughout the five bedroom two-storey home were also spray-painted pure white to provide an abundance of light.
They fixed up the living areas like the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms but left the rest of the house untouched.
‘The property was quite unlivable and looking back I can’t believe that we managed to pull it off,’ Dina told Daily Mail Australia at the time.
The former lovebirds appear to be on good terms following their breakup in June 2023

‘It was actually a huge project and a massive workload but when I first walked in I just had that naivety of a child to get it done.’
The gruelling DIY job was made a fair bit easier thanks to the couple’s experience in the building industry.
Ms Broadhurst previously ran her own interior decorating business and carried out a large number of renovations, while Mr Shepherd still works in the building sector.
The owners were about to knock the place down and couldn’t have been happier when they found out about the couple’s plans.
‘It was in a state of disrepair and it wasn’t something they could put money into, so we were their perfect match,’ Dina said.

The couple named the property CASA Studio – meaning House Studio – in a nod to Dina’s Italian-Australia heritage.
Back in June, it was reported that Dina split from Max, her toy boy boyfriend of four and a half years.
A source told Daily Mail Australia the glamorous Sydney-based socialite who is good friends with cricketer Michael Clarke, is now single and living on her own.
Max ‘partied in Europe with mates and models’ as he nursed his heartbreak.
He shared several videos on Instagram of himself enjoying time on a luxury yacht with his genetically-blessed pals – with Dina noticeably missing from the celebrations.

The couple, who had been building a new home together in Sydney, were in a relationship since 2018.
Max last appeared on Dina’s feed back in February and he last posted a loved-up picture of the couple in December last year.
While the pair still follow each other on Instagram, Dina failed to publicly wish her former partner a happy birthday on social media as he celebrated in Ramatuelle, France on a luxury yacht with friends.

Meanwhile, Dina also appears to have moved on after being spotted with her multi-millionaire ex Tony Benjamin.
The nude artist put on a very cheeky display for onlookers as she went for a leisurely walk around the rocks with her hunky friend in North Bondi.
While meandering the ocean-side lookout favoured by locals, Dina’s walking buddy appeared to stroke her bare derrière after her skirt rode up, exposing her behind.
Meanwhile, Max appears to have well and truly moved on with Vanderpump Rules star Vail Bloom.
