Diddy’s attorneys signaled on Monday that they plan to appeal his conviction on two charges of transportation for prostitution.
The 55-year-old rap mogul was acquitted of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges during the eight-week trial, but he still faces four years in prison for the two convictions.
In a notice for the Federal District Court of New York, Diddy’s lawyers signaled their plan to appeal, but they didn’t lay out the reasoning behind their appeal, according to ABC News.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Diddy’s representative but has not yet received a response.Â
