Diana Vickers Shines in Black Lingerie in Steamy “Pretty Boys” Music Video

She has returned to the spotlight for the first time in 12 years with new music.

And Diana Vickers proved she is back with a bang as she released a steamy new music video for her latest track, Pretty Boys, on Friday.

The singer, 34, dressed in black lingerie and suspender with a leather trench coat layered over the top, looked incredible for the ‘tongue-in-cheek’ pop anthem.

Diana, who last released music in 2013, is later seen in a fur coat as she kisses a man in the back of a car.

The track about self-worth, sexual confidence, and breaking toxic patterns, is described as marking a new era for the musician.

Directed by Leo Cackett, the video draws inspiration from cult classics like Basic Instinct, 90s fashion campaigns and Kylie’s iconic visual era.

Diana marked her return to music with her viral summer collab with Picky Bits, followed by last month’s single Ice Cream.

After rising to fame on The X Factor in 2008, she bagged a No1 single with Once and album with The Tainted Cherry Tree.

She has since gone one to become a stage star in West End productions such as The Rise and Fall of Little Voice and The Rocky Horror Show.

Most recently, she launched a brand new podcast, Just Between Us, alongside relationship expert Alice Giddings, where the pair dive into the highs and lows of modern dating.

Speaking on her podcast in August, Diana opened up about having a relationship with a younger, immature man and how it changed the way she acted.

She spoke on the Just Between Us Podcast with co-host Alice Giddings about the challenges of dating someone significantly younger.

She said: ‘One of the last guys I dated was five years younger than me – I did feel it. It was why we didn’t work out.

‘When you’re older, you want to put in the graft – you want to see things through. You don’t dwell on smaller things as much.’

The singer added: ‘This guy just gave off immature energy – he was constantly holding on to things. I think I maybe acted immature because he was less mature.

‘It made me feel less of my older, feminine energy. I sort of reverted back. It was a lot of fun though.’

Elsewhere, Diana admitted she’s been single for seven years and, despite insisting she’s ‘okay with being alone’, confessed that seeing couples deeply in love can be tough to witness.

On her struggles with casual sex, Diana said: ‘It’s really hard to separate the emotional and physical side – particularly if you fancy them.

‘I have lost my mind sometimes after a one-night stand.

‘You have this moment of intimacy, this really great day where you feel deeply connected to someone, and then it just doesn’t go anywhere.
