Listeners are encouraged to treat the podcast like a ‘group chat,’ where they can find supportive advice, reflect from one another and laugh through the awkward parts.
Speaking about the launch, Diana said: ‘We wanted to create a podcast that felt like a conversation with your girlfriends – open, honest, and completely without judgment.
‘Alice and I are so excited to dive into these topics, hear from our listeners, and build an inclusive and fun community where everyone feels heard and understood.’
Alice added: ‘Alice Giddings adds: ‘My work in journalism has shown me how many people are craving a platform to discuss these very real, often unspoken, challenges.
‘Just Between Us is that space. We’re ready to tackle everything with curiosity, warmth, and a commitment to helping our audience feel more empowered in their relationships and personal lives.’
Last year, Diana hit the headlines when she appeared in West End play, I Wish You Well, based on the Gwyneth Paltrow ski trial.
The singer starred as the Goop founder in a musical which charted the 52-year-old’s remarkable court battle following a skiing accident in 2016.
Gwyneth was sued by retired optometrist Terry Sanderson for $300,000 after the pair collided on the slopes in Utah, but the megastar countersued for $1 and the court ruled in her favour last year.

Diana previously revealed the unique way she got into character as the Hollywood actress.
The 2008 X-Factor semi-finalist told The Standard: ‘I have a vagina candle on the stage that sometimes I’ll just sniff into and think ‘right!’
‘Before I go on every night I’m behind these doors and I breathe and I say to myself ‘I am Gwyneth Paltrow. I am an icon.”
Though Paltrow made her name on the silver screen in the 1990s and 2000s, she remade herself as a wellness guru and business owner in a midlife career change.
Her most eye-catching product for the Goop brand was a scented candle titled, ‘This Smells Like My Vagina’ and priced at $75.
According to the product’s description: ‘This candle started as a joke between perfumer Douglas Little and GP.
‘The two were working on a fragrance, and she blurted out, ‘Uhhh..this smells like a vagina’—but evolved into a funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected scent.
‘(That turned out to be perfect as a candle—we did a test run at an In goop Health, and it sold out within hours.)
‘It’s a blend of geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed that puts us in mind of fantasy, seduction, and a sophisticated warmth.’
More preparation for Diana to channel the star included binging Gwyneth’s back catalogue of movies and watching clips of the trial, which was streamed live in March 2023, on TikTok.
New episodes of Just Between Us will be released every Tuesday starting 1 July.
