Devil Wears Prada Premieres in London: Star-Studded Night!

The cast of the Devil Wears Prada descended on London on Tuesday evening as they attended the European premiere for the hotly-anticipated sequel.

Stepping out during golden hour, the film's leading stars including , , Meryl Streep, Stanley Tucci and put on a seriously stylish display.

Their incredible looks come as no surprise due to the film being a love letter to high end fashion, specifically a nod to the industry's bible, Vogue, and its editor.

Anne's sleek look was a departure from the flouncy gowns she has been promoting the film in so far, instead opting for a figure-hugging navy velvet dress.

Showcasing her youthful looks, Anne's brunette locks were pulled back into a tight ponytail and she opted for a full face of glam make-up. 

Emily, 43, wore a strapless red corset with a long train and mathing trousers with heels, as well as jewellery from Mikimoto.

Stanley, 65, wore a dapper suit from Paul Smith while Meryl, 76, opted for a smart red jacket and white shirt.

Stanley was joined by his stunning wife Felicity Blunt - his co-star Emily's sister.

Simone Ashley wore an eye-catching pink look and matching velvet heels to boost her height. 

In the film, Anne reunites with Meryl, Emily and Stanley, as the group dive back into the cutthroat world of high fashion - but this time with a modern twist.

Early plotlines suggest Miranda Priestly is grappling with the decline of traditional print media while facing off against Emily (Blunt), now a powerful executive controlling crucial advertising dollars.

The sequel will also introduce a host of new faces, including Theroux, Kenneth Branagh and Lucy Liu.

Filming has taken place across New York and Milan, with behind-the-scenes glimpses already sending fans into a frenzy.

The original Devil Wears Prada wasn't just a box office smash - it cemented itself as a cultural touchstone, turning Streep's Miranda Priestly into an instantly iconic character and inspiring a generation of fashion lovers to whisper, 'That's all.'

Early reactions for the The Devil Wears Prada 2 have already arrived ahead of its May release, and critics have warned fans to 'gird your loins... it is phenomenal.'

The movie had its US premiere on Monday and critics who have attended the early screenings have been busy posting their initial thoughts.

Whilst the review embargo doesn't lift until April 29, some social media reactions have been going viral, with the reactions all overwhelmingly positive.    

The Hollywood Reporter's Alex Weprin shared on X that the movie is 'a biting media parody wrapped up in high fashion. Every journalist who sees it will cringe from recognition.'

Variety writer Jazz Tangcay agreed, teasing: 'Gird your loins, the devil is back in all her glory! Yes, #thedevilwearsprada2 is phenomenal. It is the perfect sequel that exceeded all expectations.
