Danika Mason has listed her Maroubra investment apartment seven months after calling off her wedding and engagement to ex Todd Liubinskas.
The Channel Nine sports presenter, 33, did not share the apartment with her ex-fiancé but purchased it for $640,000 in 2017 as a first homebuyer
Danika put the property on the rental market in 2021 for $525 per week.
Belle Property Randwick agents Shane Vincent and Clive Carter have put a $710,000 pride guide on the property.
The one-bedroom home was built in 2014 and is located on Fitzgerald Ave near Coral Sea Park and is a 900-metre walk to Maroubra beach.
Danika’s investment apartment features a modern stone gas kitchen kitchen and a built-in dishwasher, as well as an open-plan lounge and dining area.

The bedroom is spacious and has a built-in wardrobe that boasts plenty of storage space.
Other features in the cosy apartment include an internal laundry and an alfresco balcony for BBQs and entertaining small groups.
In 2021, Danika and her then-partner Todd spent $1,525,000 on a four-bedroom townhouse in Maroubra, located on the other side of Coral Sea Park.

The property is still listed under both their names.
Danika and Todd were set to tie the knot in October 2023 before she called off their wedding just three weeks out from their big day.
The personal trainer, 40, has since moved on with dating coach and sex book author Helen Chik, sharing sweet holiday snaps to their social media cuddling up together earlier this week.
Meanwhile, Danika was seen getting cosy with rugby league star Liam Knight earlier this year.

Danika, who in addition to presenting Wide World of Sports is a sideline reporter for Nine’s NRL coverage, was seen putting on a PDA with the Bulldogs prop, 29, at The Butler restaurant in Sydney’s exclusive Potts Point in February.
An onlooker told Daily Mail Australia at the time that Danika looked smitten with the footballer and was practically sitting on his lap at one stage while gazing wistfully into his eyes.
They began the evening sitting opposite one another, before Liam moved over to Danika’s side of the table and they cuddled up in full view of onlookers.
‘Her demeanour was that of a relaxed woman enjoying a pre-season fling with a younger specimen; his was that of a deer in headlights,’ the witness said.

In further evidence the two were an item, Danika and Liam followed each other on Instagram and she also liked one of the 1.94m footballer’s posts.
However, the pair have since unfollowed each other, suggesting they are no longer an item.
Danika was set to marry Todd on October 27 last year.
But she cancelled the wedding just weeks before the ceremony was due to be held at Greystone Estate in the NSW Hunter Valley.
The exact reason for the couple’s split is unclear and has become a subject of great speculation among footy and media insiders.

Danika and Todd were last seen together arm-in-arm less than two weeks before the wedding was called off at an event to launch the new BYD electric car and showroom in Alexandria, in Sydney’s inner-south.
After their split, another ex-girlfriend of Todd’s – who had been in a relationship with him for seven years before he started dating Danika – offered her a message of support.
‘I can only hope that Danika hasn’t been blindsided like I was or going through something similar,’ the ex, who declined to be named, told Daily Mail Australia.
‘My heart goes out to her if she was.’
This publication previously revealed Todd had asked Danika to give back her diamond engagement ring through a third party because it was a family heirloom.
