Krissy Marsh is one of the biggest names in Sydney’s social circles—and it’s no surprise why.
With her eyes on the prize in the property game, a cook book making its way into some of Australia’s most influential kitchens, a starring role in local reality show Real Housewives of Sydney and, now, a podcast—it seems Krissy, 53, has her finger in many, many pies.
So fitting an exclusive photo shoot and interview with Daily Mail Australia into her schedule on Wednesday was a lucky strike, especially considering her new Eastern Suburbs home was the location.
The realty star and her husband Johnny Marsh nabbed the very (un)humble abode, which features six bedrooms, 2300 sqm grounds, and a $30million price tag, in 2022.
‘I would like to think it’s my forever home,’ she says, despite not knowing what’s around the corner.
‘You never say never and you never say forever because you never know what tomorrow brings.’

However, the mother-of-three’s decision to make the big purchase spans beyond the house’s lush amenities.
‘I love the whole community,’ she says, adding: ‘I love the fact that we’re the house that everyone drops into.’
The star revealed she has an open invitation dinner every Tuesday night where some of Sydney’s biggest (and slightly smaller) names drop in for a bite to eat, a fat chat and a watch party for the third season of Housewives.
As for some of her favourite things in the Double Bay home, Krissy lists her dogs, Bronte and Bondi, her family, her extensive art collection (think Slim Aarons and Dina Broadhurst) and her $30,000 chandelier.
And then there’s the wardrobe—a.k.a the stuff every woman’s dreams are made of.
Bigger than the master bedroom it’s connected to, Krissy’s wardrobe is packed with Rolex watches, Gucci bags and a Balmain jacket she dubs ‘a lifetime investment’—not to mention a Louis Vuitton dog bag her pooches adore.
But fashion is a family affair for Krissy, who hopes to pass on her pieces to the people she loves most.
‘I know one day Milana will wear them,’ she says, adding: ‘My sisters, we often swap outfits or my nieces will be like, “Oh, I love that outfit you had on Housewives. Can I wear that?”‘

One of the reality star’s many highlights this season was the weekend she took the housewives to her stunning holiday home up in Noosa.
‘I loved the jet skiing,’ she said, emphasising the comedic value of the vacation activity.
‘They all oiled their bodies up and they ended up, you know, slipping off the jet ski. So it was a pretty funny, it was a good experience.
‘A couple of us stayed up and got into the red wine… I don’t want to disclose anything…
‘What goes on tour stays on tour, I say,’ she quips. ‘And that includes Housewives as well!’
However, it’s the moments which didn’t make the cut that Krissy thinks would really shock people.
‘The show behind the show is far greater than the show. There’s a lot that goes on,’ she says.

Her podcast Vodka Lectures started as the name suggests: with a few too many vodka sodas—or ‘Skinny B***hes’, as the reality star dubs them—and some words of wisdom
But some things wouldn’t make great reality TV.
‘Women want to look at, you know, other women having fun and glamorous outfits and I think you never want to go down a path that takes it too dark,’ she says.
The reality series, while a big factor behind her growing star power, is a ‘minute part of my life’, she confesses.
‘It’s not irrelevant because I love it and it’s great, but it is a very tiny portion of my big life.’

‘I’ve got 11 nieces and nephews and I do give them many a Vodka Lecture after a few Skinny B***hes about what they should do with their life and what path they need to take,’ she says.
‘Everyone always needs improvement. No one’s ever perfect.
‘Daily I’m trying to create a better version of myself, a better version as a mum, a better version as a wife, and I think it’s so important for all of us to do that.
‘People know what they need to do within their careers, within their love life, within themselves, but they just need someone to talk through that a lot of the time.
‘That’s what Vodka Lectures is about for me,’ she says. ‘It’s giving people that little dose of reality to make a better version of themselves.’
And so, as she adds another project to her belt and another finger in the pie, the question lingering on our lips is… what’s next for Krissy?
Unless you get a few Skinny B***hes in her, she’ll never tell.
