Denise Richards reportedly wants her estranged husband Aaron Phypers to give her spousal support.
The 54-year-old actress is seeking payments from him, TMZ claimed on Thursday, and does not want to give him any of her fortune, it was added.
The request was made when she filed her response to Aaron’s July divorce petition, the site alleged.
There is a problem however, as Phypers, a wellness expert, has said in his divorce filing that he has no income.
Phypers has made the Bond girl veteran out to be a cash cow as he has claimed in his paperwork that Richards was grossing over $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, brand deals, TV and appearances.

Also in her filing it was claimed by the site that she did not list a date of separation but rather just wrote To Be Determined whereas Aaron claimed the date of separation as July 4 in his filing.
Daily Mail has reached out to Richards’ reps for comment.
Last month Phypers claimed Richards never made his adoption of her daughter official.
The 52-year-old businessman has alleged family harm.
In documents filed this week and obtained by People magazine, he claimed Denise had him sign adoption papers for 14-year-old Eloise, who he described as his ‘daughter by bond of over nine years’, but ‘failed to file them’.
Aaron alleged that since he filed for divorce, he has been left ‘legally without his daughter despite raising her as his own.’
He added: ‘This has caused immeasurable harm and demonstrates the imbalance [Denise] maintains in this matter.’
Aaron’s comments came in a response to Denise – who adopted Eloise as a baby and also has Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen – after she asked a judge to order that he and his family vacate their home in Calabasas so she could retrieve her dogs and belongings without breeching the temporary restraining order they have in place.

In his response, Aaron said: ‘I do not oppose [Denise] retrieving her undisputed personal items and her mother’s items, and ensuring the dogs’ welfare, but I oppose any open-ended access or removal beyond an agreed, itemised list.’
He offered three dates for her to get her items but ‘with conditions that protect both parties from conflict and prevent removal of disputed or community property.’
And when Denise is retrieving her belongings, Aaron asked permission to be allowed to get his own ‘personal and business property’ stored at the three townhouses his estranged wife lives in ‘concurrently or within the same court-ordered window.’
He added: ‘These include personal belongings, office electronics, tools, furniture, files, books, gym equipment, a motorcycle, appliances (refrigerators, dishwasher), building materials (fasteners, wires, cabinets), computers, laptops, and generators.
‘Several of these items are owned by third parties and merely loaned…prompt retrieval is essential to avoid loss, liability, or claims from the actual owners.’
Aaron requested both he and Denise be off-site during retrieval, with only animal handlers and movers present, that they co-ordinate a pre-exchange list, electronics or data-bearing devices be absent, retrieval be done in a two-hour window between 9am and 5pm, that there’s video documentation of entry and all removed items, as well as that disputed items stay pending stipulation or further order.

He argued Denise has withheld ‘office/trade equipment for more than 50 days’ and currently has ‘sole control over marital funds’
He is seeking a contribution from the former Real Housewives star towards his $75,000 attorney fees, as well as an additional $140,500 ‘to address arrears’ including seven months of past due rent.
Aaron has again denied his estranged wife’s allegations that he ‘repeatedly abused’ her during their marriage, and insisted he had ‘never physically harmed her’, while he ‘has been the one deprived of property, income, and access to his child and family resources.’
He also repeated his allegation that before their separation, Denise engaged in ‘infidelity and adultery during the marriage, despite prior assurances that the conduct would end.’

This comes after Charlie Sheen said he feels ‘shame shivers’ over his turbulent past.
The actor, 59, is celebrating eight years without drugs or alcohol, and has now given a frank interview about his partying days.
Charlie told People magazine about the difficulty of forgiving himself: ‘Forgiveness is still an evolving thing. I still get what I call the ‘shame shivers.’

‘These are the moments that hit me, of the heinous memories and choices and consequences. They’re getting farther in between, so I guess that’s progress. What has been interesting about making amends is that most people have been like, ‘Hey yeah, we’re good man, but we hope you’ve also forgiven yourself.’
Charlie rose to fame with roles in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Platoon before becoming one of TV’s highest paid stars in his leading role on Two and a Half Men, while enduring years of public scandals and drug use.
In the 1990s he testified that he paid more than $50,000 to call girls employed by ‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss.
And in 2005, during divorce proceedings from his second wife, Denise Richards, she accused him of making death threats, shoving her and endangering their children.
In 2010 he was reportedly ejected from New York’s Plaza Hotel after trashing a room while using cocaine. Charlie added to People he has no desire to return to substance use, saying: ‘Whether it’s true or not, I like to think the next hit would kill me.’
His forthcoming memoir, The Book of Sheen, recounts his use of crack, heroin and testosterone cream, which he said made him a ‘raving lunatic’. He recalled: ‘At my parties, I always said: ‘Park your judgement at the door. No pain in the bedroom. And no one can die. Those were good rules.’
Charlie said his hedonism was fueled by fear of losing fame. He added: ‘There was always that voice of doubt that it was only a matter of time before it all went away, so to enjoy it as heartily as you can.’
Charlie has four children – daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, with Denise, and twin sons Max and Bob, 16, with Brooke Mueller, his third wife.
