Denise Richards showed strain as she left a law office in Beverly Hills on Thursday, following a nine-hour long deposition in her ongoing bitter divorce from Aaron Phypers.
The Wild Things star, 54, appeared exhausted as she was seen walking through a parking lot with a large black Louis Vuitton tote bag slung over her arm.
The actress sported blue denim overalls with a purple t-shirt underneath. A light pink zip-up hoodie was loosely wrapped around her arms.
Her blonde tresses were covered with a burgundy trucker hat, and she kept comfortable in a pair of black sneakers.
Meanwhile her estranged husband, 53, was pictured walking in Beverly Hills with his lawyer.
He wore a dark plaid button-up with a matching leather jacket and dark jeans. His eyes were shielded with a pair of sunglasses.

It comes after Phypers claimed Richards was untruthful about his actions in an effort to cut off his finances.
Phypers stated in recent legal documents that Richards sought to get a domestic violence restraining order against him to damage his efforts at obtaining court-ordered spousal support.
‘I believe this entire domestic violence proceeding,’ Phypers told the court, ‘is merely a ruse to try to cut me off from being able to obtain spousal support.’
Phypers asked for spousal support when he filed for divorce from the actress this past June.
The Downers Grove, Illinois-born star, subsequently submitted documents asking the court to order Phypers to pay spousal support; and to block any efforts he makes to try to collect it from her.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Richards for further comment on the story.
Phypers told the court he does not currently have an income, and that Richards has been harassing him over finances, despite her being the breadwinner.
‘She is the one who has income and she should be paying support to me,’ Phypers told the court in legal documents reviewed by People.
Phypers told the court Richards will not cease contacting him via the phone – which shows that she is the true aggressor in the relationship.
Phypers said in legal documents that Richards was calling him ‘as well as asking other family and friends to ask me to call her so often that it should be considered harassment, demonstrating that she is not afraid of me and that she is the aggressive one.’

He told the court Richards’ repeated calls illustrate that she is not intimidated by him, despite her accusations of domestic violence.
Phypers said that Richards at one point placed an AirTag tracker on his vehicle to monitor his movements.
He also claimed she has physically attacked him and harassed him on many occasions throughout their marriage, which spanned six years.
Richards made her first court appearance in her divorce case from her estranged husband on September 8. She was allowed by the judge to enter a Los Angeles County home she shared with Phypers according to court documents obtained by Daily Mail.
The judge approved Richards to enter the domicile this past Saturday so she could pick up a number of belongings. They included ‘her mother’s and her own personal property, including the dogs,’ according to court docs.
On the flipside, Phypers was ordered by the court to remain at least 100 yards away from the residence. That court order was initially enacted this past July in a temporary restraining order the Starship Troopers actress received.
A restraining order request made by Richards was delayed until October, court documents obtained by Daily Mail indicated.
The court filing dictated that Phypers will ‘take no action which would interfere with [Richards’] access’ to the home.
Richards and Phypers also butted heads on whether Phypers owns any firearms – which he denies, but she told the court he does.
Lawyers for Richards told the court in a retort that ‘any further continuance will prejudice Denise and cause further distress to Denise by not allowing her finality to her Request For Domestic Violence Restraining Order.’

He told the court that ‘irreconcilable differences’ were at the heart of their split.
In the months since, both parties have publicly traded jarring accusations about the other. Richards said in a court filing that her estranged spouse ‘repeatedly abused’ her during time together. Phypers has denied the allegations.
Phypers accused Richards of committing marital infidelity, as well as physically assaulting him and destroying his phone.
In a note Phypers penned to family and friends (later published by Page Six), Phypers called for an intervention on the actress and said that she had substance abuse issues involving prescription medication.
‘Some of you know this has been an issue for over 20 years,’ Phypers said. ‘She’s no longer eating real meals, and I’ve witnessed her pass out from substances — putting herself and others in danger, including while driving with our daughter [Eloise, 14].’
A lawyer for The World Is Not Enough star, Brett Berman, denied the accusations, telling People that ‘Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order by, among other things, disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ cell phone and laptop, which he stole.
Richards is mom to three daughters – Sami, 21, Lola, 20, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen; and Eloise, 14, who she adopted prior to her wedding to Phypers.
