Australian pop star Delta Goodrem and her new husband Matthew Copley are said to be house hunting in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
The hitmaker, 41, and her beau, 37, were seen eyeing off a luxury pad in Dover Heights, a location known for its spectacular ocean views and sky-high house prices.
Delta, who tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend back in July, appears ready to settle into married life in Sydney.
According to news.com.au, Delta and Matthew had a peek at a sprawling home, located in the famed clifftop neighbourhood, only minutes from Bondi Beach.
Dover Heights has lured buyers with deep pockets in the last few years, with one resort-style home there going under the hammer for $16.8 million in March 2024.
Another nearby property was listed for $16 million back in September.

Delta already has a lavish bolthole in The Residence building, overlooking Hyde Park in the inner-city Sydney suburb of Darlinghurst.
The performer and songwriter bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in 2018 for $4.8 million.
Highlights of the apartment complex include a gym, steam room and spa.
There’s also a 24-hour concierge service, sauna, a 20-metre pool and wine storage.Â
It comes after Delta Goodrem was seen stepping out for lunch in Sydney last week.
The pop diva cut a very chic figure as she arrived at swanky Coogee eatery Mimi’s for the launch of her new perfume, called Within.
Looking more red carpet ready than lunch-ready, Delta wore a billowing sky blue gown that wafted effortlessly in the coastal breeze.
Delta appeared chuffed to be out and about in the swanky Sydney suburb, offering waiting photographers a happy wave as she made her way into the restaurant.

Delta is, no doubt, enjoying married life after tying the knot with Matthew back in June.
The wedding, which took place on June 16, according to New Idea, was an extravagant multi-day celebration attended by the couple’s nearest and dearest.
Among the guests were Delta’s mother Lea and brother Trent, as well as TV presenter Renee Bargh, former Nine journalist Airlie Walsh, and her best friend Danielle Cox.
Delta, who has remained private about her personal life, got engaged to Matthew, her guitarist and musical collaborator, in September 2023.
