James Van Der Beek and Busy Philipps took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the exact same old Polaroid image of the main four stars of the beloved teen drama series.
Adding to the intrigue there was a date and location on the post which were September 22, 2025 and New York City.
It was captioned: ‘If we were truly meant to be, then we’ll find a way back to each other.’
That particular quote is an iconic line from James’ titular character Dawson.
Fans were driven wild by the cryptic posts as they flooded the comments section with reactions.
