Davide Sanclimenti sparked rumours he is jetting to South Africa to join the cast of Love Island: All Stars as he arrived at Manchester Airport on Tuesday morning.
The reality star, 29, who split from on-off girlfriend Ekin-Su Culculoglu last week, won season eight of the ITV2 show in 2022 with the actress, 29.
Despite announcing their break-up, neither the Italian stallion nor Ekin-Su are yet to wipe each other from their respective Instagram pages, further fuelling rumours that they have not broken up.
Fans have speculated that the couple’s break-up is just for show, and they will both appear on the spin-off series.

He cut a casual figure in an all black ensemble complete with a cardigan, white trainers and a pair of headphones place around his neck.
Furthering speculation, the ITV2 star took to his Instagram Story to share a snap of himself enjoying a glass of wine in a lounge and wrote: ‘Guess where I’m going….’
Ekin-Su revealed that she and Davide had split for a second time last Tuesday.
Taking to her Instagram story, the Love Island star wrote: ‘The last 18-months have been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, just like every relationship.
‘Davide and I both wanted to make this work as we cared deeply for each other. Unfortunately I have recently made the decision to end our relationship and to go our separate ways..
‘Breakups are never easy. For any couple. And we hope that our privacy will be respected. I enjoyed our time together and the memories we made.
‘Thank you for your continued support. It’s been so lovely to have you follow our Love Island journeys together since the villa and we hope you’ll continue to follow our careers as we go off in our own directions. Love always, Ekin-Su.’
Davide released his own statement later that same day also on his Instagram story, and used the same font and colours as Ekin-Su.

He wrote: ‘Life sometimes reserves surprises and suddenly wakes you up…
‘Ekin and I, just after the ski holidays, decided to go different ways. It was a joint decision, but I was waiting to make it public to respect her time in the show.’
Hinting at foul play from Ekin-Su he said: ‘I don’t know why the agreed statement changed last minute, but continued: ‘I agree, it was a beautiful story even with its ups and downs like all couples.
‘I loved every moment, from the first time I knew her in the Villa until the life outside. I really believed in us and saw a future for us.
‘But sometimes in life people need to grow apart. Is just the direction of life. I will treasure our moments forever.’
He signed off by saying: ‘Now it’s time to focus on myself. I love you all always, thank you for the unconditional support everyone showed me from the beginning. Davide.’
Jess and Eve Gale entered the All Stars villa in the final moments of the latest episode of Love Island with 2019 star Joe Garratt, leaving their fellow singletons stunned.
The twins, 24, first appeared on the ITV2 show’s winter series back in 2020 where they fought for current All Star Callum Jones’ affections.
Jess made the final with Ched Uzor, coming in fourth place, but they later announced their split in June 2020 after struggling to make things work in lockdown.
Joe, 27, appeared on the show in 2019, when he was seen vying for Lucie Donlan’s heart.
