David Beckham showed off his incredibly toned physique on Instagram as he worked out shirtless in his lavish home gym on Saturday.
The former England footballer, 49, seemed in good spirits as he showcased his strength while working on his abs by performing hanging knee ups.
In the short clip, David displayed his heavily tattooed body as he wore a pair of navy sports shorts and green trainers.
He penned: ‘Strong. Saturday morning abs thanks Bob @mrbobbyrich’.
It comes after David shared the concerns he had around his daughter Harper watching his Netflix documentary.

BECKHAM follows Posh and Becks in their personal and professional lives, going through their history together with interviews of the couple.
The footballer told of his struggles with his mental health after becoming public enemy No 1 following his infamous red card upset during the 1998 World Cup, with abuse being levelled at him and his family including angry fans throwing their TVs out of windows and an effigy of him being hung outside a pub.
His wife Victoria, 50, also joined him in speaking for the first time about the pain suffered in the aftermath of claims about his alleged affair with Rebecca Loos, with the former Spice Girl breaking down in tears as she confides it was the ‘hardest’ time of her life.
And speaking to VARIETY on his worries over Harper, 12, watching the show, David explained: ‘I was a little bit worried about my daughter seeing some of the things that were being said about me over the years and how she would react.
He added that nothing surprised Harper: ‘I’ve been telling my daughter for a long time that Mommy used to wear very, very short skirts. And then she was like, “Daddy, Mommy did really wear really, really short skirts!” But she loved it.’
David revealed what inspired him to film his tell-all documentary, BECKHAM, as he dubbed it a ‘love letter’ to football and his family.
The former Manchester United midfielder, 47, said there was only really one reason why he wanted to give the world an insight into current home life.
Football legend David is married to former Spice Girl Victoria and they share four children – Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12.

Speaking to VARIETY on his worries over Harper, 12, watching the show, David explained: ‘I was a little bit worried about my daughter seeing some of the things that were being said about me over the years and how she would react.’
The four-part series saw the Beckhams’ give an intimate insight into their marriage and early romance, their family life, as well as charting David’s footballing career.
Speaking on Good Morning America, he said he wanted to combine all those aspects, package it together and gift it to his sport and family as a ‘love letter’.
He told show hosts Robin Roberts, Michael Strahan, Lara Spencer and George Stephanopoulos: ‘The only reason I did it was because it was kind of a love letter to my career and the sport and also, more importantly, my family.
‘My family have been such an incredible support system throughout my whole life and my whole career.
‘To have all that archive and all that footage in one place, literally I could go, ”there you go” and that really was the only reason to do it.’
‘I think we were all nervous going into it because we are… even though we have been pictured all over the world, and people know, most places, who we are, to let people into our home… But I also said that if I am going to do this, I am going to do it right and I am only going to do it once so everyone got on board,’ he added.
BECKHAM premiered in October 2023, and while chatting on GMA, David revealed that it wasn’t until then that his youngest son, Cruz, realised just how good his father was at football.
