Daughter of Home and Away Star Reveals Shocking Plastic Surgery Costs to Look Like Ariana Grande

The daughter of Home and Away star Mat Stevenson has revealed the extensive amount of plastic surgery she underwent to look like US popstar Ariana Grande.

Grace Hyland came out as transgender to her actor father when she was 12 years old and soon began a gradual gender transition with the help of puberty blockers.

Now 25, the OnlyFans model tells Daily Mail details of all the cosmetic procedures she went through to look just like her childhood idol, and how she spent $107,000 over the course of six years to achieve her dream face.

‘I remember when I was 12 and even younger, I was obsessed with the show Victorious and [Ariana Grande] was playing Cat on there,’ she tells Daily Mail.

‘She was like my inspiration. I always thought she was so beautiful and bubbly and always had a lot of pink clothes.

‘So, when I came out as trans when I was 12, I’m like okay, who is my fashion inspiration? It was always her.’

Grace goes on to say, ‘when it came down to getting surgeries that I wanted for feminisation’ she would show her doctors photos of 32-year-old singer Ariana.

‘I had a rhinoplasty and then I had my jaw broken for orthodontics. Then I had my chin shaved a little more pointy like hers,’ she says.

‘Then I had a full fat grafting to my face to make my face look more feminine and cuter and rounder like hers.

‘Then I had some fillers over the years – cheeks, temporal, lip.

‘Then I had a hair transplant to give myself a smaller forehead. I showed them her hairline shape because I really liked that.’

Grace says she may look into getting ‘youth-preserving procedures’ when she gets older, ‘but as of now, I think I’ve reached my dream’.

All up, Grace spent $107,000 over six years to transform her face until she was happy with the result.

She also adds the amount of plastic surgery she has had done can be a slippery slope into an addiction.

‘I would say it’s hard to decipher what’s transition and then what’s becoming an addiction,’ she says.

‘Maybe you start to notice things that most people wouldn’t notice and you can start nit-picking.

‘You change one thing and then it’s easy to start changing other things after that.’

For the moment, Grace is content with her appearance and more focused on enjoying life with her fiancée, Ilaria.

The pair, who have been dating for seven months, announced their Bali engagement on Instagram last month, sharing loved-up photos alongside the post.

‘My angel, my home, my peace. Forever. Aku cinta kamu,’ Ilaria captioned the post alongside a ring emoji.

The happy couple were all smiles in the photos, taking turns to show off their diamond rings before embracing as they posed together.

‘We sort of know what dresses we want, location. But yeah, still got a fair bit of planning to go,’ Grace told Daily Mail of their wedding planning.

‘I think I’m really enjoying engaged life and I think I’ve really healed a lot of myself in my relationship,’ she continued.

‘I’m really just looking forward to settling down and building a life with the love of my life, and just having a really wholesome, cute life and getting a cottage or something.’

Grace, who is a transgender activist, has been documenting her transition on social media since she came out at the age of 12.

Her father Mat, 56, who became a household name when he starred as Adam Cameron on Home and Away, has always been supportive of his daughter.

‘Just knowing that ever since I came out that I was allowed to be who I am really allowed me to explore myself in a healthy way,’ she says.

‘[It] allowed me to go on puberty blockers and estrogen at such a young age which is why I actually do look as feminine as I do.’

Grace has previously said she knew she was a girl as early as the age of ‘four or five’, and began transitioning before she went through puberty.

She consulted doctors, psychologists and experts in the field for a year before commencing any physical treatment.
