The fashion designer, who has spent half a million dollars on plastic surgery over the years, could barely contain her cleavage in the flirty frock.
At one point her nipple cover was visible as her gown struggled to contain her curves.
Fans of the franchise were stunned by the display, with one writing, ‘It’s so inappropriate for the Tell All, they should of been made to cover up.’

Darcey and her twin sister Stacey, who is also a huge star in the 90 Day Fiance franchise, have become infamous for their extreme plastic surgery.
Earlier this year, the siblings flew to Turkey for another round of extensive procedures.
Their surgeries included brow lifts, liposuction, skin tightening lasers, and even ab etching.
The twins have long documented their plastic surgery journey on various reality TV shows, including their self-titled spin-off, Darcey & Stacey.
Several years ago, they flew to Turkey for the first time to get breast lifts, bigger implants, liposuction, buccal fat removal, a lip lift, nose jobs, and veneers.
They admitted in one episode of their spin-off that their insecurities around their appearance stemmed from being bullied at school when they were younger.

In an interview with The Sarah Fraser Show, the pair said that going under the knife was ‘the best decision’ they had ever made.
‘We started when we were 35, and that was Botox and a little lip filler,’ Stacey said.
‘Then we went for it in our 40s. No shame in what we do,’ she added.
In 2022, Darcey and Stacey took their sisterhood to a whole new level by getting orgasm shots – a procedure that involves a vaginal injection and encourages tissue regeneration and increased blood flow.
The cost of the procedure can range anywhere between $1,200 to $1,500.
The twins returned to Turkey once again last month, this time to get a slew of new surgeries.

According to Darcey, their surgeries included a breast reduction and lift, lower facelift, back bra lift, and some nose ‘refining’.
The twins were recently urged by their fellow 90 Day Fiance star Larissa Lima to lay off the plastic surgery.
‘There’s a few people from 90 Day Fiance that I would suggest get a reverse makeover,’ Lima told Daily Mail.
‘For example, when I had huge boobs, I didn’t accept that it wasn’t looking good,’ she continued.
‘I think Stacey and Darcey are sweethearts, but I think they went too deep in the face. Not only with fillers, but they did surgeries.
‘And they are beautiful and they’re still beautiful but if I could tell them, I would say, “You girls need to go and see [aesthetic expert Melanie Speed]. You girls need to look for a 10-years-ago picture. Do you understand that it’s not normal? The puffy face.”
‘And those fillers, there’s new studies that say absorb the water so you’re going to get puffier and puffier.’
She added, ‘I’m not perfect but I feel they are beautiful women who should find a new provider who could change them for the best. I think Melanie could help them, but this requires a lot of self-reflection, you know?’

Darcey first shot to fame in 2017 in the popular 90 Day Fiancé spin-off Before The 90 Days.
After starring in the first three seasons of the show, Darcey landed her own spin-off with her sister called Darcey & Stacey.
The series ran for four seasons before getting cancelled in 2023, but the pair are still very much part of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
Stacey just starred in another spin-off, 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort, which also featured appearances from Darcey, while Darcey was just on the latest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? with her husband Georgi Rusev.
The troubled couple recently admitted that they hadn’t sex in over six months and that their marriage is on the rocks after just two years.
One of their issues is that Georgi, 37, wants to have a child, while mom-of-two Darcey can no longer have children due to her age.
‘I can’t give you what you really, really want, because you know deep down inside what you really want. You don’t want to admit it,’ Darcey said.
