Danny Dyer sparked a fresh feud this week – this time with I’m A Celebrity’s Joel Dommett as he made a very pointed remark about the ITV presenter.
The former EastEnders actor, 48, was hosting the ZYN Rolling Stone UK Awards last week at London’s Roundhouse.
When he introduced Mo Gilligan to the stage for a segment, he complimented his comic friend and insulted Joel, 40, in the process.
He said on stage amid Mo’s introduction: ‘I mean, he’s funnier than Joel Dommett, I’ll tell you that now.’
Joel has yet to respond and he is busy working in Australia this month hosting spin-off show I’m a Celebrity: Extra Camp.
Joel previously appeared as a contestant on the main show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2016.

Danny and Joel previously appeared on The One Show together in 2023, and Dyer has attended the National Television Awards which Joel presents.
Mo is a judge on The Masked Singer which Joel also presents and he didn’t respond to Danny’s quip when he got up on stage.
Danny has feuded with various other stars including former TOWIE star Mark Wright.
Their squabbles began all the way in 2013, when Danny slammed Mark for being ‘arrogant’, before things reportedly got physical at a charity football game.
Since then there have been several slinging matches on social media, with both stars’ family members getting involved, culminating in an infamous altercation at V Festival in 2016.
In addition he has also come to blows with film critic Mark Kermode after his negative reviews of Danny’s acting.
He previously said of Mark ‘He’s such a pr*ck. He’s just a got a bit of a problem with me, and what it is I really don’t know.
‘But our paths will meet, one day, and there won’t be no talking. It’ll probably just be a headbutt straight to the f**king nose, and then he can go off and do his impressions with a broken nose that’d be good, wouldn’t it?’

He has also had a feud with The Apprentice’s Lord Sugar.
It all happened on Twitter in August 2016, when Danny called Lord Sugar an ‘irritating c***’ after he made critical comments about his EastEnders character and the show’s writing.
Danny’s remarks about Joel come after Joel revealed he’s set to become a father again, as his wife Hannah is pregnant with their second child.
The comedian shared his baby news in an Instagram post earlier this month as he and his family prepared to fly to Australia.
The post showed both Joel and Hannah with their son Wilde, two, caressing her growing bump, along with the cheeky caption: ‘Baby in mumma tummy. Hard to keep secrets with a toddler around.’
Many of Joel’s famous pals shared their congratulations in the comments, with Sian Welby writing: ‘CONGRATS!!’ while Jess Wright wrote: ‘Aww you guys, congratulations.’
After sliding into Joel’s DMs following his 2016 appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the star and Hannah went on their first date just days later and immediately hit it off.

The couple tied the knot three years later in a romantic beach ceremony in Mykonos and in September 2023 they welcomed their son Wilde.
Joel previously shared that Hannah and Wilde would be joining him Down Under while he presents Unpacked with Kemi Rogers.
He told The Mirror: ‘This year I’m taking my family with me, so it’s going to be great getting home from work and being able to see them and Wilde learning how to swim and all of that stuff.
‘I’m really excited for them to be there. Hopefully I can enjoy a bit of family time before I have to go to bed at 3pm in the afternoon.’
