Danielle Armstrong proudly showed off the results of her dramatic 3.5 stone weight loss in a new clip on Friday.
The former TOWIE star, 36, shared her jaw-dropping transformation showing the before and after.
In the recent Instagram post, the internet personality is captured before her dramatic change wearing the same black bra and matching knickers.
Right after, she displays her slimmed-down figure looking radiant while blowing a kiss for the camera.
Danielle exuded confidence in the video, where she explained writing: ‘In a world that it seems injecting is the only solution for weightloss these days. This is your sign to tell you there is another way.’
She also accompanied the post with a lengthy caption writing: ‘If you’re someone who wants to make 2025 the year you prioritise your health and get results without taking any risks or quick fixes to do so, but you’re not a big gym lover or haven’t got time to meal prep and live on chicken and broccoli then this is your sign to message me NOW.’

‘I’ll be going LIVE on an exclusive guest list only call on 30th December 8pm to go into detail exactly what a day on plan consists of and how I’ve dropped 3.5 stone,’ she finished.
Earlier in September, Danielle shared a postpartum body update after welcoming her second daughter Una last year.
The ex-TOWIE star posted a reel to showcase her weight loss journey, which featured a year-old clip from when she was three-months postpartum as well as a clip of herself now.
In the before clip, Danielle could be seen standing to one side as she shared a three-month postpartum body update with her followers.
She captioned the clip with: ‘Exactly a year ago I filmed this to share my three month postpartum journey.’
‘At this point I had already lost a stone of my baby weight.’
The video then cut to a clip of Danielle now as the star showcased her trim figure in a grey gym wear set.
She captioned the clip with: ‘It’s amazing to see what you can achieve in 12 months.’

‘Give your body time and trust the process.’
‘If your feeling like you’re never going to get your body back, you will, you just need to do a few things daily.’
In the caption of the reel, the TV personality proceeded to give her followers some advice and explained what had worked for her over the past year.
She said: ‘For anyone wanting to become healthier & see RESULTS⬇️’
‘80% of what we look like is down to what we eat, you need to find a nutrition plan that will allow you to be in a calorie deficit that doesn’t make you feel like your on a diet.’
‘DIETS DO NOT WORK, they are a quick fix. You need something to follow that is realistic to your lifestyle and you actually enjoy. I also stop eating after 8pm which makes a huge difference to your results. Water is key to getting results, I aim for 2.5/3L of water every day’

‘I aim for 10K steps minimum per day. Trust me even if you cant get to the gym getting your steps in is still good’
