Dancing On Ice star Alex Murphy sparked concern as she revealed ‘nobody knows how much I suffered this year’.
The ice skating pro took to Instagram to share a candid video about her fertility battle as she documented her health struggles and gruelling rounds of IVF.
In the clip, Alex could be seen injecting herself as part of her IVF treatment, as well as being hooked up to drips in hospital.
Narrating the video, Alex, who married YouTuber Paul Klein in 2023, said: ‘Nobody knows how much I suffered this year.
‘I’ve seen the most vulnerable version of me and I realised it took everything in me to survive from my silent battles. I almost gave up and I almost lost myself because I was hurting a lot.
‘Nobody really knows how many times I pulled myself together just to survive this year. And for that, I am so proud of myself for being here.’

Alex added: ‘I’ve seen the saddest version of me, the most wasted and devastated.
‘But despite of that, I’ve learned that I am a strong person. I also learned to forgive myself – for letting myself settle for less than what I truly deserved.
‘I’ve learned a lot while I was hurting and even though I’ve seen the worst version of me this year, I still learned to accept and appreciate myself. This may be the most painful year for me, but at least I survived and learned a lot.’
She captioned the post: ‘The hardest part in all of this has been forgiving myself for not fixing what I can’t control.
‘If you’re going thru this too, I see you and I’m with you.❤️ Praying to God this will all be over soon for all of us ❤️.’

Alex and Paul began dating after they met while taking part in Celebrity Coach Trip back in 2019.
The two had a spark on recent episodes of the Channel 4 series and were teased by castmates over their chemistry.
Alex told The Sun back in January 2020: ‘Yes, Kleiny and I have had a few dates on land and off the bus. Who knows what will happen now we’re not on wheels.’

The pair regularly share their relationship over on social media, and Alex recently revealed what it is Paul does that gives her the ‘ick’.
Alex decided to film her partner while he trims his facial hair as she captioned the clip: ‘How to get the ick.’
She then films the floor as she walks towards the back door where Paul can be seen through the glass surrounded by extension leads, with a mirror and a razor as he shaves his beard outside in the cold.
The hilarious post has gained over 700 likes with viewers left in hysterics over Paul’s antics.
