Dakota Fanning put on an elegant display as she attended the star-studded premiere of The Watchers in New York City on Sunday.
The Uptown Girls actress, 30 – who recently embraced her chic side at a photo call for the upcoming supernatural horror film – joined other celebrities on the red carpet during the screening which took place at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater.
The blonde beauty donned a figure-hugging, dark green dress that contained a deep, plunging neckline on the front as well as a short train that flowed behind the star.
Fanning’s ensemble – which was held up with gold straps – also concealed the shoes she opted to wear for the festivities.
Her long locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly cascaded down past her shoulders in light waves.

The premise is: ‘A young artist gets stranded in an extensive, immaculate forest in western Ireland, where, after finding shelter, she becomes trapped alongside three strangers, stalked by mysterious creatures each night,’ per IMDB.

‘Ishana wrote the script and directed it, and it’s hard to believe that it’s her first time directing a feature,’ the actress expressed.
‘As a human being, she’s just a really lovely and kind person, so she’s a joy to be around.’
‘As a director, and I think you find this a lot with people who have written the material, she has a very clear idea of what she is looking for visually and [when it comes to] directing actors…’
Fanning later added that Ishana ‘did such a wonderful job of blending the fantasy and the groundedness of the story.’
‘And I think she’s obviously learned a lot from a very talented person in Night. They’re just a real family of artists, so it was fun to be around that energy.’
