Back to the Future star Crispin Glover is being sued by a British model who has accused him of battery, as he firmly denies all allegations against him.

In court documents viewed by the Daily Mail, the Jane Doe plaintiff claimed Glover 'lured' her with the promise of 'a home and a job' to leave her home in the UK and live in his  house, only for her to discover after she did so that he wanted her to 'basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave.'

Doe, 30, asserted that Glover, 61, tried to 'track' her and 'control' her movements, and that when she left the house against his wishes one day to attend services at a mosque, he locked her out and left her '.'

In her suit, the plaintiff claimed she tried to get her cats out of the property, whereupon Glover allegedly seized her by the neck and put her in a headlock - then called the police on her and sought a 'fraudulent' restraining order against her.

Insisting that his restraining order petition was 'swiftly dismissed for failure to prosecute,' she alleged that he afterwards continued to 'harass' her and try to 'manipulate her into a sexual relationship with him.'

His lawyer shot back to the Daily Mail: 'Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms. The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.'

The statement continued: 'These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time. Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief. He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication.'

Doe, whose suit made note of her having 'autism spectrum disorder,' said Glover first contacted her on social media in 2015 and started trying to cajole her to move to LA.
