Jesiree Dizon shared a loving tribute in honor of the end of her five year relationship with Shemar Moore.
The couple broke up earlier this week, but are committed to giving their daughter a loving, healthy life with both parents an active part of it.
The model, 41, shared an adorable photo of herself with her daughter and the Criminal Minds star, 54, on Instagram.
‘The amount of love and support during this difficult time has been nothing short of overwhelming,’ she wrote as she addressed the first part of her caption to fans.
‘Although our reality has changed, what will ALWAYS remain is the love and respect Shemar and i both have for each other.
‘Our commitment is not only to keep our love for each other alive and strong through the best friendship, but by also being the BEST co-parents in continuing to raise our daughter, Frankie, and Kaiden and Charli,’ she added.

She went on to ask for privacy as she and Shemar navigate this public breakup.
‘We ask that you please continue to give us love and grace as we navigate our new reality and respect our privacy to allow us to heal.’
The second half of her post was addressed directly to Shemar.
‘Even though our romantic journey has ended, we are still stuck together FOR LIFE so let’s kill this parenting thing…. TOGETHER ❤️❤️ you are the most amazing daddy to Frankie….
‘Still and will always be your best role yet. I will always love you. With all of me, Jesiree ❤️,’ she concluded.
TMZ broke the news of their split on January 30 and while they are no longer a couple, Moore and Dizon are on good terms and will remain ‘loving friends.’
They will amicably co-parent their two-year-old daughter Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore, who was born in January 2023.
Sources close to the exes revealed that they are determined to give their baby girl ‘the happiest and healthiest life possible.’

News of the couple’s shock split comes days after he and Dizon celebrated Frankie’s second birthday on January 24.
The actor uploaded a reel to Instagram that included footage and photos himself and Dizon with their only child.
In the caption, Moore thanked his ex-girlfriend for giving him a daughter.
‘Frankie’s 2 TODAY!!! Our little sassy beautiful, smart, HAPPY MIRACLE!!!! THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! It’s Frankie’s world!!!’ the S.W.A.T. star gushed in the caption.
He concluded with: ‘Thank You Jesiree [heart emojis] HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL’
The day before Frankie’s birthday, Moore uploaded a sweet video of Dizon and their daughter cuddling in the grass.
He captioned the clip: ‘Mom n Frankie…. MIRACLES HAPPEN!!! Proud n Grateful Poppa!!’

During the sit-down, he credited both Dizon and their daughter for his happiness.
‘[Frankie] is the reason I’m so happy. And my girl Jesiree!’ he told host Jennifer Hudson.
He then explained to the audience how he and Dizon ‘reconnected’ in 2020 after the sudden death of his mother Marilyn.
Moore believes Marilyn — who died on February 8, 2020 after battling multiple sclerosis and a heart condition — brought the two ladies into his life.
‘Momma made sure I wasn’t alone,’ he said. ‘I can’t prove it but between God and my momma, they made sure I wasn’t alone and I got Jesiree and I got Frankie.’
When asked if he and Dizon had any plans to expand their family, Moore shutdown the idea.
He explained that Dizon has two children — six-year-old daughter Charli and 18-year-old son Kaiden from two prior relationships so their ‘house is full.’
Moore, who is an only child, said he isn’t interested in having a second kid and would rather ‘give [all his time]’ to baby Frankie.
