Reality TV star Courtney Stodden has been married to movie producer Jared Safier for one year.
And this weekend the blonde bombshell offered an update on how she is doing as Mrs Safier.
‘I am really happy,’ she told Daily Mail. ‘Everything is going very well,’ she added.
The star – who was famously married to Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison when she was 16 and he was 51 — explained that during their honeymoon in Palm Springs in December 2024, things were a little up and down as they had a significant fight on their wedding night.
The model almost walked out but they worked it out.
‘Here’s the raw unfiltered truth: I almost ran away. On the night I got married, Jared and I were both emotional, overwhelmed, and far too drunk to be making decisions with clear hearts,’ she said.

‘A misunderstanding turned into a fight, outside voices added fuel, and everything spiraled faster than either of us meant it to,’ she revealed on Instagram.
He took off for some alone time to figure it all out. ‘And so I spent our honeymoon night alone in the bridal suite, wrapped in silence that brought back every old wound from being married at sixteen. The fear. The abandonment. The panic that history was repeating itself.
‘And I’m grateful we came back with honesty, and a willingness to rebuild. Because I love him. And I know he loves me too,’ she wrote. ‘We walked into marriage carrying childhood scars, complicated family dynamics, and expectations neither of us knew how to hold. We have been working on rebuilding; rebuilding safety, rebuilding connection… all while learning who we are as husband and wife.’
She added that the two are committed to doing the work: ‘We are learning to communicate. Learning to love better. We are learning to choose each other even when it hurts. And we are still learning… A LOT! Maybe love isn’t perfect, but honest.’
Courtney finished with: ‘Here’s to surviving year one. Here’s to staying when it would’ve been easier to run… and a love that we both deserve.’
Safier said: ‘I met the most intelligent, fierce, and obviously beautiful woman in the world a few years ago and I married her 1 year ago. It hasn’t been easy for either of us with all the past relationships and trauma and media coverage. We did movies, TV shows, interviews, podcasts, photo shoots, media junkets and everything you could imagine stepping into a relationship like ours.

‘Lots of haters hoped we failed (There are literally groups on the internet dedicated to the cause). Regardless through all the ups and downs we made it to 1 year. This comes after the former teen bride was seen visiting a plastic surgeon in the 90210 area after getting her nose worked on.
Stodden was just 16 when she married Green Mile star Doug Hutchison, who was 51 at the time, at a Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2011
The doctor was Dr Gary Motykie who is a board-certified plastic surgeon with ‘specialized expertise in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation.’
‘I went in for a check up and the doctor said my nose is healing nicely,’ the Washington native told Daily Mail on Friday.
The 31-year-old blonde bombshell wore a low-cut black tank top with thin straps and matching long leggings that showed off her toned figure.
The star added beige high heels and gold jewelry with long bright cherry red nails as she carried a pale beige purse.
The reality TV sensation, who is wed to movie producer Jared Safier, had a minor tweak when she went in to have a septoplasty procedure earlier this year.
The star told Daily Mail last month that she is ‘very happy’ with her new look and thinks it was ‘the best decision’ because she is breathing better these days.
The pretty pinup – whose movie Confessions Of A Child Bride came out this fall – told Daily Mail that the change helped her health.
‘I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure to correct ongoing breathing issues I’ve struggled with for years,’ the singer shared with Daily Mail.
‘While I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose. This was not a dramatic cosmetic change, but more of a small refinement while addressing my health concerns. I’m feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier.’
