Courteney Cox channeled her Friends character as she joked about the humidity in Miami on Wednesday.
The actress, 59, shared a fun clip on her Instagram where she recreated a famous scene from the classic NBC sitcom, where she starred as Monica Geller.
In the video Courtney — who recently shared that her late co-star Matthew Perry ‘visits’ her — starts out inside her hotel room, with her raven tresses looking sleek and polished.
‘I love Miami!’ she says as she opens the door and takes a step out onto the balcony, with her hair immediately transforming into frizzy voluminous curls.
Cox then mouths a voiceover with one of Monica’s most well-known lines: ‘It’s the humidity!’

Monica famously battled increasingly frizzy hair in a Friends episode titled, ‘The One in Barbados Part 1’, in season nine, where she blamed it on the humid weather.
In this episode, the friends travel to Barbados for a vacation.
Throughout the trip Monica’s hair continues to get bigger due to the humid climate.
Frustrated that her friends keep on making fun of her, she finally yells ‘It’s the humidity!’ to explain her hair woes.
The comment section underneath the clip was filled with fans referencing some of the jokes Monica’s friends made about her voluminous hair in the episode.
‘Diana Ross is back!’ one person wrote.
‘That’s not true. I came with Monica, I’m leaving with weird Al,’ another added.
‘ARE YOU LEAVING THE SUPREMES?’ someone else inquired.
Actress Hannah Waddingham left a number of laughing-out-crying emojis.

Friends aired for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, and followed six friends in their 20s and 30s navigating life in New York City.
Cox starred alongside Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and the late Perry, who played her love interest.
Just weeks after Courteney commemorated the 20th anniversary of the Friends finale, the actress opened up about her late co-star earlier this week.
She talked to CBS Sunday Mornings about Perry, who passed away at just 54 years of age in October 2023.
‘I’m so thankful I got to work so closely with him for so many years. He visits me a lot, if we believe in that,’ Cox said.
She added, ‘I talk to my mom, my dad, Matthew. I feel like there are a lot of people that, I think, guide us.’
‘I do sense — I sense Matthew’s around for sure,’ she added.
Earlier this month, Cox opened up about the 20th anniversary of the Friends series finale, while sharing a short video of a scene from the final episode on Instagram.
‘It’s been 20 years since the series finale of Friends,’ the Scream star captioned the post of the last scene of the series.
‘I don’t know how we were able to act through all the tears. Forever grateful,’ she wrote.

In the scene the cast, Jennifer, David, Matt, Lisa and Matthew stood in Rachel’s old apartment before Monica and Chandler left to go to their new home with their new baby.
The sitcom is also celebrating 30 years since the premiere of the show and the two anniversaries come at an awkward time for the bonded members of the cast in the wake of the death of Perry.
Matthew was found face-down in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home on October 28 last year, with the autopsy confirming that he died from the ‘acute effects of ketamine’ and drowning.
As a result, the stars of Friends are trying to decide how to best celebrate the end of the iconic series, according to a source for Us Weekly.
‘They will most certainly be commemorating it somehow,’ said a source, noting that Aniston, Cox, Kudrow, LeBlanc and Schwimmer will likely post something on social media.
