A country star was seen taking a tumble on stage while performing a Garth Brooks cover during the final tour stop of her North American concerts over the weekend on Sunday.
Kelsea Ballerini, 31 — who recently strutted on the red carpet after shutting down pregnancy rumors — concluded her self-titled tour on April 13 in Toronto at the Scotiabank Arena.
However, while belting out lyrics to Brooks’ Friends In Low Places — a fan filmed the moment as the star tripped off a moving platform in a video obtained by Entertainment Tonight.
The Cowboys Cry Too hitmaker swiftly recovered by striking a pose on the floor as she continued to sing the 1990 track.
The incident occurred when Ballerini was performing the song in tribute to her crew that had gathered on stage around her. But before anyone could assist her, she had jumped back up to her feet.
Kelsea walked towards the front of the stage as her voice briefly cracked with a laugh and the audience continued to cheer on the star.

As she tumbled, Ballerini had been singing the lyrics: ‘Cause I’ve got friends in low places/Where the whiskey drowns and the beer chases my blues away/And I’ll be okay.’
Ballerini donned a sparkling, blue bodysuit as well as matching boots during the portion of the show.
Her blonde locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light curls.
Social media users jumped to the comment section of the reel which was shared to ET’s main Instagram page to applaud Kelsea’s professionalism during the moment.
One penned, ‘I watched this on livestream and thought she planned it as choreography for “friends in LOW places,”‘ while Perez Hilton added, ‘Excellent recovery!’
Another wrote, ‘Such a professional. But it would have been nice to see someone at lease attempt to assist her,’ and a fan shared, ‘Okay but can we talk about the timing of those lyrics iconic.’

Ballerini kicked off concerts for her Live On Tour 2025 earlier this year in January in support of her album Patterns — which dropped in October 2024.
The deluxe version of the LP was dropped last month in March which offers fans five additional tracks.
In regards to her fifth studio album, Kelsea opened up about the songs during an interview with Byrdie in February.
‘It is a love record. It’s full of love — self-love, love for my family, my friends, my partner, whatever.’
She added, ‘But it’s the nuance of it, the growth of it, the tension within it… that is so necessary and interesting to me.’
The Grammy-nominated songstress also recalled writing some tracks with her close friends.
‘I was like, “Let’s go somewhere cozy, and it’s three days of built-in girl time, and if we don’t get a song, it’s still going to be a great time.
‘In those three days, we wrote Sorry Mom, Baggage, and Two Things. I’m such a gut girl — it didn’t just feel safe, it felt free,’ the star further expressed.

Ballerini also briefly discussed her latest tour while talking to the outlet.
‘I think there’s a nice little dance of having these big, polished moments with pyro and a hydraulic lift — the drama, costume changes, give it, give it all to me! — and the moments in between, where it’s me and the guitar.’
Kelsea has been keeping busy aside from embarking on her tour, and walked the red carpet last month at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles.
She showed off her sculpted midriff wearing a dazzling, silver cutout dress as well as matching heels.
It came not long after the singer — who is currently dating Outer Banks actor Chase Stokes — shut down pregnancy speculation which began after she cancelled tour dates.
A fan had questioned that Ballerini was ‘maybe pregnant?!?’ and in response the star herself uploaded a TikTok video.
While sporting a stylish ensemble as well as patches underneath her eyes, the performer stated, ‘Or maybe it’s the flu.’
