Coronation Street star Richard Fleeshman has revealed he is going to be a father for the first time on Sunday.
The actor, 35, announced the joyful news on Instagram as he shared a picture of his pregnant fiancée Celinde Schoenmaker.
Richard and Celinde, who are expecting their first child, got engaged in 2022 after four years of dating.
And heading into their next chapter of starting a family, the dutch actress wrote a heartfelt caption as she announced her pregnancy.
She wrote: ‘We’ve not met you yet, but never been more in love.

‘I don’t think Luna (the couple’s beloved pet cat) realises she’s not gonna be the cutest in the household for much longer. @rfleeshman so many new adventures ahead.’
The couple’s celebrity pals congratulated the pair, with Laura Whitmore penning: ‘Congrats guys!!’, while Giovanna Fletcher gushed: ‘I love this for you all!!! Xxxxxxx.’
EastEnders’ Bradley Jaden added a string of love heart eye emojis, while former X Factor star Lucie Jones wrote: ‘Congratulations lovely’.
Former soap star Richard is best known for playing Craig Harris on the ITV soap.
Richard joined Coronation Street in 2002 at the age of 12, and four years later he showed off his vocal talents when he won Soapstar Superstar in 2006 which secured him £200,000 for his chosen charity.
Richard has gone onto star on the West End including Ghost: The Musical which was based on the film with Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore.
As well as being well known on both stage and screen, Richard is a singer songwriter.
The multi-talented star even supported Elton John on tour in 2008 on three occasions.

In a video posted to his Instagram he is singing with the Every Breath You Take singer, Sting.

The hunk’s mother is actress Sue Jenkies who also starred in the soap as Gloria Todd in the 1980s.
