Carl Webster, Theo Silverton, Maggie Driscoll, Megan Walsh and Jodie Ramsey are all on the chopping block.
Jonathan - who plays Carl - teased what's to come is 'a little different' and that all five possible victims 'deserve to get their comeuppance'.
He said: 'It's very cinematic and all the storylines come to a head.
'There's lots of twists and turns and hopefully, viewers will be really happy with finding out who's going to be killed.'

Coronation Street actor Jonathan Howard - who plays Carl - has teased there could be more than one death in the show's upcoming 'murder week'
Five villains - Megan Walsh, Jodie Ramsey, Carl Webster, Theo Silverton and Maggie Driscoll - are all on the chopping block
He added to The Mirror: 'All the five baddies are gonna be left very vulnerable at the end and it might not even be one that gets killed.'
Jonathan went on to say he's enjoyed fans' reaction to Carl's nefarious ways, adding: 'My character is having an impact.'
Although Corrie kept fans guessing thus far, in the murder week mystery.
It saw Jonathan post a selfie to Instagram with co-stars Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs), Vinta Morgan (Ronnie Bailey) and Michael Le Vell (Kevin Webster).
He captioned the update: 'Sun finally came out to say hello on the cobbles today...'
As Jonathan was seemingly still filming on the cobbles, fans believed this ruled out Carl from being the murder victim.
One wrote: 'Oh, so one less murder victim suspect. I'm pleased.'

Another penned: 'Ooo... Carl isn't the one who ends up dead on the 23rd then...'
A third shared: 'Oooooo Carl doesn't die!'
While a fourth chimed in: 'Well I'm guessing Carl doesn't die!! Spoiler alert lol.'
As seen previously, with a tense police interview set on April 23.
Betsy Swain, wearing wedding clothes after attending her mum Lisa's marriage to Carla Connor, surprised detectives by reporting the discovery of a dead body of someone she knows.

Betsy explained that she was at a wedding but had been heading into town when she found the body.
Viewers after a couple learned they are in fact cousins.
Back in October, viewers were left on a cliffhanger when Maggie Driscoll stumbled upon something which drew her attention in Ken Barlow's home.
It was finally revealed that Maggie had seen a photograph which revealed a shocking truth about her family.
During a row with her son Ben, Maggie blurted out that his biological father was not who he thought he was - something she had discovered after seeing a photo of his real dad in Ken's house and recognising him.
Maggie had kept quiet on the secret in the months since Halloween, however after discovering Ben's son Ollie and Amy Barlow had been dating she had to come clean because the news meant they are in fact cousins.
In a dramatic scene, Maggie burst into a home where Ollie and Amy had been kissing before telling them they could no longer date because they are related.
The twist however did not go down so well with viewers, who said: 'Wasn't much of a shock or anger reaction. A bit of a build up for what?';
'That Maggie reveal and the reactions were very underwhelming. Her just seeing something in the cupboard on Halloween was more suspenseful,';
'Wtf was that Steve and the card all about at the end,'; 'Ben has found out Steve is his half brother… we all knew it tho,';
'At least it wasn't dragged out but I didn't expect it be out this soon,'; 'Rushed and all over the place, just to get the story out! Is there an episode that will never be aired now?'
Coronation Street airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
